I stopped by the Waba Grill on McKinley after a really long, stressful day and Anna completely turned it around. She was so kind, patient, and welcoming honestly the best customer service I’ve had in a while. She made the whole experience smooth and positive, and you can tell she genuinely cares about customers.
Food was great as always, but Anna’s service is what stood out. Employees like her make a huge difference. I’ll definitely be back!
