Horrible, worst customer service ever!I started reading the reviews, and I wonder if we are all dealing with the same nasty little girl that works there. No wonder the place was empty! I was excited to order, but she was extremely difficult!????

There's only two employees total, the chef and the clerk. I had to wait a long time for my food, and there were just a few customers. Also, they are charging for extra hot sauce now. I know that times are, though, but come on.

Fast service, clean establishment, but they do now charge for extra waba sauce
A visit this evening was so disappointing. To the young girl working there this evening, you are in the wrong business if you don't know how to treat your customers. The food was horrible and drenched with sauce. Drenched! But when I asked for an extra hot sauce, they said they didn't want people wasting it, so they charged for hot sauce. But you drenched the bow! HONESTLY, the worst part was the service. No wonder they have 1.9 stars. Shame on the owner for allowing such service. Learn from all these negative reviews.

This WaBa Grill is right in the vicinity of my job and is often my go to place for lunch. The food here is cooked to perfection, and the staff here are very friendly.
Small complaint but they had all the waba sauce for customers to get. Had that big jug thing to fill up the mini cups but now they don't have it anymore and only give 1 extra waba sauce packet now " i can only give you one extra" be for real haha no need being that stingy with the sauce.

Came in for a bowl. I like my bowls with waba sauce and sometimes a little extra. This cheap ass location actually charges per packet. And only give you two small little packets for a regular size bowl. That's like a large salad with a tablespoon of dressing. And if you want more. You got to pay. This is the only location I ever been to that charges per packet. So def a greedy manager trying to cut cost and pass the extra cost Onto the customers. Last time I will ever eat here. Take your business elsewhere if you can. Or bring your own sauce lol. What a absolute joke of a waba grill

This is very disappointing I have been coming here because my office is very close, it seems like in the last few weeks it has gone absolutely down hillI ampaying close to $11 for a steak bowl and it looks like this

Paid $10.76 just for them to be EXTREMELY skimpy with the meat. I understand it’s a “rice” bowl but this is pushing it. Not to mention, the cashier, Maria G. was rude too. Probably why I didn’t get any meat. When I asked about it, I was told “they’re making us give the meat that’s on the card” so I ended up paying $5.99 for a bit more meat. This place is NOT recommended if you’re looking to enjoy your meal or your service. Need to pay for some customer service classes for their workers.

You really need to retrain the younger guy in the front counter , he does not acknowledge customers and ignores when we just need to pick up our order , he is working the 3pm shift August , Friday 25th. I don't know his name
