Ordered some food around 11pm and the girl with the glasses was the rudest person ever. Just had a terrible attitude and we tried our best to be as friendly as possible considering the attitude this girl had. Wish I got my receipt so I could give a name.

Was there nov 4 around 250 to 3pm. Young woman taking orders at drive thru was super unfriendly, tried to rush through my order multiple times, got the order wrong and didn't give me the condiments I asked for. I asked her if the receipt was in the bag since she didn't give one back to me and she said sighed and said yes...turns out there was no receipt I'm pretty sure she crumpled it up and threw it away.

Service was ok what I really disliked was in order to use the restroom you need a code…but it’s not one they’ll give you ….its super secret ..so secret that an employee (and only an employee can know said code) has to accompany you and personally enter it. So when they get busy you just need to wait..and wait..and wait some more …until they have time to do so…

I was greeted with you can use the kiosk to order. No thank you. A/C was not really working was more humidity inside than out. Watched elderly people come in to try to order (because they left), but were told to use the kiosk but didn't know how. Watched a lot of people just leave because of that. What a shame. Tables were dirty (if I use the kiosk then you have time to clean right) not one clean. The woman in charge was speaking Spanish (which is not allowed in the work place) to other coworkers about the customers. Like wow.

Went to the Corona location, the one that burned down, place order at drive thru and paid. Asked to park in front like always but after 10 minutes and several cars driving thru and away I went inside to see where my order was. I saw one guy, the guy at the windows by himself cooking and prepping orders. When I asked for my order 2 women appeared from the back and started handing out orders for cars in drive thru. My order was sold to another. It took them almost 20 minutes to finally get me 2 burritos and a French toast and potato wedge order. When I walked out 2 others I guess were waiting in their cars before me.

Horrible. Kids that don't want to work and no matter if you go through the drive thru they will ALWAYS make you drive around and wait for your food. We waited 10mins for 6 nuggets. My assumption is the faster they get someone through the drive thru makes their location look like it's doing better than it is. Just go somewhere else honestly. Not worth the upset you get from tweens making 20$/hr to be rude about you wanting food. Bye Wendy's
My breakfast burrito was ok. However, the cashier can use a lot's of training. She wouldn't even say good morning or how can I help you, or thank you at the end. When she gave me my change, she didn't even say anything. Either she is not happy to work there, or she had a bad night. Regardless, if you can handle it, you should stay home because the only thing you are doing is desytisfing customers and pushing them away.
We drove to pick up our order 10 min, with shakes and everything (it’s a big order) and when we get home and realize there are multiple items missing. We call and the girl that answers is very rude, we have to drive 20 min again to pick up our missing fries and they don’t even apologize, very rude staff (that happened just an hour ago). Our shakes melted of course.

The manger here JENNY is RUDE. Doesn’t know how to help with the app, acted like nothing was wrong when I was clearly asking for help. Just eventually walked away to the back because she just didn’t want to help.
