This specific Wendy’s is horrible. They don’t give you what you pay for. Everytime I go they either miss giving me an item I pay for or they change my receipt. I have proof of how stingy they can be and theifs. Last time I ordered through drive thru they forgot an item and I asked them for a refund and they wouldn’t give me it they told me I would have to go all the way back when I was already at home and far away. Recently I ordered again but this time from DoorDash and they had the nerve to change my order. I get it it’s just a dipping sauce but when they keep messing up more than once and now even messing with your money it is definitely crossing the line. I asked for two honey mustards on DoorDash and they gave me one honey mustard and one honey bbq which I never ordered. Give the customers what they pay for because these sauces weren’t for free. I had to pay 35 cents each. Don’t give the customers what you think they want give them what they are paying for. Manager sucks as well.

When I first saw the old Wendy’s being torn down, I was heartbroken. I thought we were losing it for good. Turns out, they were giving it a full makeover—and wow, it was worth it!
The new design is stunning. There are cozy lounge chairs, TVs, and even a cool futuristic soda station that feels straight out of a movie. The food is just as tasty as ever, and thankfully, the prices are still the same.
That drink machine is a total game changer. You can pick from so many options—ginger ale, different Powerade flavors like lime or grape, and even Dr Pepper with cherry or vanilla. Just tap the screen, fill your cup, and enjoy.
The seating area is super comfortable, with soft leather chairs and an electric fireplace that makes the space feel really warm and inviting. The TV above it adds a nice touch too.

I ordered around 9 pm and the cashier Aaliyah was very rude. I was trying to ask her a question and she wouldn't let me talk she just kept saying everything was in the bag so I just ended up leaving.

I enjoy the food and the staff, but I came Thursday August 7th and it was so hot inside the restaurant, the staff even looked uncomfortable and hot, I come here once a week and it's never been this hot!! Is the ac down? I won't come back till I know the ac is fixed then I'll fix my review lol.

Avoid ordering late at night. The kitchen clearly stops taking new orders, you won’t get what you ordered, and what you do get will be cold and disappointing. Seems like the staff just wants to close up and go home, not actually fulfill late-night orders properly. It’s a waste of money and calorie budget and honestly feels like they just throw whatever together to be done with it.

Absolutely slow service and they messed up two out of three orders. Most the food was cold except for one chicken sandwich. I waited for a very long time and they told me it was because they were waiting for the fries, when in fact the fries were old and cold. I ordered a double stack with extra pickles and no onions but instead receive a junior bacon cheeseburger with onions. I still love this place but someone's messing up. Please fix it. Thank you

I ordered one soft drink 15 minutes before I got there. But I had to wait 5 minutes for someone at the counter to tell me they hadn't made it yet. So I asked for an empty cup to make it myself with no ice. Both of their all-in-one machines said at least 8 different diet drinks were unavailable! Since they are too lazy to refill them! So I had to go back to the counter and ask them to make it. They obviously only refill the machine behind the counter, not the 2 in the lobby. So don’t ever go there if you want to get your own drink in the lobby, or if you don’t want to wait more than 5 minutes for someone to help you at the counter, while 2 employees were doing nothing or talking to another employee!

The reason is that their soda machine has the syrup concentration set extremely low, making the drink taste very watered down, even worse than plain water. I understand this is done to save costs, but it’s not a smart approach.
