Not the best customer service I had at a Jack in The box. Not even mediocre service. I swear that is on my burger didn't happen. Had to take it back and then this is what they gave me.

Ordered a biggie bag at 1030am right when lunch starts. My nuggets were cold , the burger was a complete mess and it tasted very weird . The fries were extremely dark indicating oil hadn’t been Changed , multiple times already with this place . With the price of food now a days this is extremely unacceptable

Ordered $40 worth of food including chili with onions and cheese. Drove 30 minutes home and the chili was almost completely liquid. About 3 pieces of meat and a tablespoon of beans, hardly any o ions and a few pieces of cheese. Called the store repeatedly but they didn't answer and messages were full. It obviously was deficient. Not an accident. They intentionally sold it. Will never go back.

What you expect to get from a bunch of teenagers serving food they don't care ther just doing a job for 20 bucks an hour at the very least they can train them to do the job right

This restaurant no longer offers mobile app services. I spoke to the manager and she does not know the reason. It was suddenly unavailable Ebel about three days ago. No reason given on the app. Very disappointing. But there is a Chick-fil-A right next-door.

When we are in the drive thru and we ask which of our TWO drinks is a coke and the response is a shrug and "I wouldn't know"
Isn't that you're job? We are actively taking one of the drinks from you and you can't tell us which out of 2 is a single coke? How rude can you be?
We will be finding somewhere else to go at the end of a long day at 9 pm tonight

We made a mistake trying dinning in. Hot and musty indoors. Store looks like it needs to be remodel or something. Old carpets..Burger was okay.
I went through the drive-thru and the lady working at the window dropped the bag as she was handing it to me. My food was still fine and didn’t fall out of the bag and I told her that my food should be ok. But she never apologized and owed up, and instead went back inside and was laughing with her co-workers at me about it and I just drove off. As someone who works in food service too, I know we make mistakes and for myself, I try my best hold myself accountable for my actions. However, in their case, ridiculing me was the worst way to handle things like this. C’mon now, be better.
