I had a chicken ranch wrap and it was cold and the cheese wasn’t melted and the tortilla was so thin it all fell apart. It wasn’t even wrapped properly.

Came here for lunch break, ordered 2 items and they were having every customer park and I waited over 20 minutes just to get my order! I understand that they want to make window time but that's cheating! And it’s ridiculous how it took more than 20 minutes just to get me my order ridiculous! It wasn't even rush hour. This place seriously needs to be prepared and give us our food AT THE WINDOW!

Website still shows $5 biggy bag but when you click to pre order lunch, the price goes up to $8. Look, if it's not $5, stop advertising it. We used to come here all the time but instead of coming 30+ times a year, we only go once or twice now. No one likes switch bait prices.

I don't know what's better, paying nearly 6 bucks for a small coke and 4 nuggets, or being asked to park and wait for it to be cooked. Why was it so expensive? I couldn't tell you because they didn't give me a receipt. Not cheap, not fast, not convenient. What's the point of fast food these days?

I was greeted by all the staff members the second I walked through the door. There loaded potato was off the hook tasty not to mention the chilly. The place was super clean and air conditioned. Highly recommend this restaurant

i dont understand how when someone orders something from the drive thru, not a single napkin is given! not one!! if i dont ask for it its not given to me! like do i really have to ask knowing im about to eat something i just ordered, smh i just never understand that! its common sense people!!!
The store needs to be renovated properly, everything seems very outdated and dirty, the employees are positively friendly and the food was prepared quickly, it's a shame about the atmosphere.
