i visited on a sunday morning as i had a notification populate on my phone via their mobile app for a special discount on the iced coffee. i decided to make my way over and was happy to see that the parking lot was completely empty and so was the drive thru. i placed my order via the app and stated in the drive thru to the worker and they had my order ready. i enjoyed the iced coffee as they didn't put too much ice and it wasn't too sweet either. i hope to visit sometime in the near future for some actual food during breakfast or lunch as i used to frequent wendy's more often.

This time was better than most. Staff was professional and food was served quickly. Dining room was clean and no rug rats running around or screaming. This is one of the nicer Wendy's in town. Give it a try.

It's National Cheeseburger Day, and in order to get the 1 cent cheeseburger, you have to use the app. Well, the app wasn't working. Customers ahead of me didn't know you needed the app in order to order the 1 cent burger. Another couple of customers were having the same exact problem. The kid couldn't do anything about it, and the manager was on the line making burgers. Yes, it's a busy time, so they should have had more people working. There were about 6 people behind me, and the drive-thru line was super long into the parking lot. 1 cashier in the in the front and 1 on drive-thru. It's not the fault of this particular location, but the fault is the company itself. Better communication on commercials and ads about making sure you have the app and it's already downloaded. Multiple people were downloading the app, so the app wasn't working as it was saying, "network error." We still ate there and went on our way, but next time, for a national day, make sure you communicate what you need and have more people working.
We went to get Wendy's for my kids they love the food but when ask a common question about there frosty if there dairy or not the Manger or counter person said they had no idea when we found out they all had milk we let the Manger know she said no one will ask about it again. Just seemed they were not happy to be at work.

Ordered a Crispy Chicken BLT Biggie Bag and it was good until an unexpected ingredient showed up .... I guess I didnt get the memo?Look at the picture!!!! This is what you think rarely happensCame here at around 7:00 seen two cars in-front of me totally fine it's a drive thru right? But the service was awfully long, two cars in-front and it took 20 minutes for the car in the pickup window to leave and an extra 15 minutes for the car infront of me to get the order in, I placed my order and took like 5 minutes. I guess you do get what you pay for ???
