owner kindly gave me some coupons and it was a lot better! a bit crunchy but overall very tasty. the employee (blonde male) was also super nice and made sure i got what i wanted. I also used one at the hamner location but i'll leave a separate review for that one since it was soo good.

They’re never open, we’ve gone a handful of times in a 2 week span every time we ask what time they close it’s a different answer & they’re always closed doesn’t matter time of day. So if your coming solely for wetzels just go to a different location

I still stand by everything I said in my previous review...BUUUTI just have to point out some CRUCIAL information.The page & business says the close @ 6PM. I arrived here on a Friday afternoon at 4:45PM and was informed (verbatim from the employee) "We close at 6PM so we are done making pretzels." I literally blank stared as the employee offered to sell me a pretzel that said it was made a few hours ago. Mind you this pretzel was shriveled, dry, did not look appetizing whatsoever.. the pretzel was blackening from sitting under the heat lamp for so long. Kind of odd that the fact that there were several customers leaving because there were no pretzels being made considering the time this had happened at. Similarly, on a weekend morning (around 1pm) I arrived and the place was out of pretzels. This time around I did not want to wait which I normally would but I was on my way out of town.. just kind of wish there was some sort of consistency in the availability and freshness. I do like this spot and again stand by what I say in the past. Place is not as busy so maybe that's why they don't push for fresh product.. not sure.The business is very laid back, located in a gas station. No done in area and is take out only. Located in the back of corner of the place.

Great pretzels, super clean and good service. Can't ask for much more from a pretzel shop. I've door dashed from here a few times and my order was always fresh, decided to stop by in person and it was just as solid.
