I had a birthday and ordered 50 wing party pack. Terribly disappointed with the quality of the food. Wings were cold and/or undercooked. Definitely not crispy. Fries were cold and burnt and seemed to be old. Definitely will be reaching out to corporate. Most definitely will not be returning to this location.

My bag was dripping with grease got on my close my legs had orange From the hi c dispenser spraying all over ,they forgot my extra sauce il will going to the one on hamner the service is always bad hear not trained properly.and that poor management all around

This establishment is horrible! I have never experienced a more horrible customer experience. Called and spoke with the manager Kim and the lead Scott I expressed the fact the wings I had ordered were not cooked or seasoned well . I ordered 3 different flavors and they all tasted the Same . I had to place the wings in my air fryer to get them crispy . When I voiced this to Kim she said she would put my name in their book and I would get 10 free wings on my next visit . I called this past weekend to order my “10 free wings “ and all of sudden she doesn’t remember the conversation which was on Dec 28. She said she didn’t have my name in the book “ which she said she put my name in “ needless to say I didn’t get my wings . I called for the regional manager number which was given to me by Kim and goes right to voicemail and can’t leave message. Will never go back here .

DONT ORDER HERE ONLINE I ORDERED HERE AND CHOOSE THE WRONG LOCATION. ENTIRELY MY FAULT GRANTED, THEY REFUSED TO GIVE ME A REFUND AND TOLD ME TO CONTACT MY BANK I COULDNT DRIVE ALL THE WAY TO GET THERE I WAS ON LUNCH AND THEY WOULD NOT WORK WITH ME. THERES NOTHING ON THE WEBSITE THAT STATES THIS “CONDITION”.. Im not one to write reviews, this was just insane to me they made up a policy that is no where to be found online ?

I’m not a review person but this one deserves multiple at this point. If i could pick a location on doordash that gets my order it would NEVER be this location. You can call and ask them for specific things for your order and it seems like it goes through one ear and out the other. I don’t think I have ever been this disappointed consistently by a specific location.
