An order of French fries for 2 with assorted fresh vegetabLes ? and Ranch dressing to go.i asked him where his "tip"jar was, but he didn't have one.So, there was a Large empty cup in front of me on the counter. i asked him for a marker& we made him one. I specifically asked for my wings to be cooked an extra 8 minutes and my cajun wings to be wet and extra seasoned. I spoke to Kim and she asked for my wings to be returned in order for a refund. I placed a delivery order for a reason. I see good reviews but i am HIGHLY DISSATISFIED with this locations service.

I was very disappointed I ordered take out 30 piece special! The fries were cold as well as the chicken. I will think twice b4 ordering here again!

Pickup through Uber Eats. Gave my wife a hard time to prove order was placed and paid for. The fries were cold and there were literally fifteen or so fries. Not the norm. Also, I ordered lemon pepper and there was no lemon pepper seasoning on the wings. Will not go to this store again.

the food was great but the service was horrible there's a young teenage boy working there that took our order and as soon as we went to go sit down their closing he never told us they were about to close there was literally ppl eating still next time actually let your customers know ur about to close and don't wait and be rude and say " I just wanna go home" I like I understand but please do ur job right

Night shift crew is so rude every time we come in. The supervisor is so rude. They don’t close until 10pm and we’re already kicking us out at 9pm. My daughter had to use the restroom and they told us no because they “just got done cleaning it.” My child almost peed herself and for what? I come back becuase it’s close and I thought we just happen to catch them on a bad day but no , worst service by far for dine in.
