Hector and Carlos were TERRIBLE. I waited 1hr for my food and they were rude when I asked where it is. They also over charged me when I told then about it they were rude and said have a nice day very sarcasticly.

The food at this location is never made right! The is fatty and under seasoned. But the management team Cynthia and Carlos are worst than the chicken! Carlos is very disrespectful, ignorant and discriminates against women and people of color! The shift lead Cynthia won't even try to assist you, instead the cashiers tell you the management team doesn't speak English. This establishments customer service and food are beyond deplorable, a d Carlos will call the police when you ask for a refund. Be ware of this location, and avoid Carlos!!!
