This location is the WORST. From being an HOUR late with an order more than once, to missing items from an order too many times. I am always beyond dissatisfied with the service. It is my fault for going back after all the mistakes they make. But it is the closest one to my house and I like the food. But, after this last mess up, I'm done with the bull. I finally called after getting another order messed up and the manager said my next order would be taken care of. Tried going in to talk to them about it and they said NO, not happening. I can't believe how messed up this location is.

I ordered 30 wings for todays superbowl game. I preordered days ahead with a pickup time and prepaid. I do not exaggerate when I say that it was pure pandemonium when I went for pickup. There was no system in place that made sense, the orders were backed up over an hour and everyone was very intense and upset that they were missing the game and could not even be told how much longer they would have to wait. There were so many people waiting that it was scary crowded in such a tight space. I finally had to request my order be canceled And ask for my money back. They finally found my order number and said I'd get my refund in 10 Days. Hopefully I will.. it was over $50 for 30 Wings, with a side of ranch. I felt sooooo bad for the kids that were working there. They were clearly in over their heads with no manager I I could see. This is so unfair to these poor kids! They should get paid a big bonus for today. Wings don't matter much but they do! So unnecessary.

Went in last minute (while they were cleaning) and with a smile Carlos was like "what can I get for you?" Huge shout out to Carlos, Roberto, Rolando and Yiovanni for making my food with the upmost amazing customer service. extra plus the place was spotless. Thanks again for not turning me away!!! 1000% recommend

the guys who answer the phones are super chill and always have a great attitude. just this month I've had things missing from my order twice. regular call in pick up orders, NOT doordash. wish they'd get on top of that rather than just offering me a free drink next time. I can go to circle K and get a large fountain drink for $1.08 , you know what I'm saying? a free drink is nothing compared to meat, chicken. everything is expensive so just give the people what they paid for and don't just offer them something next time.

Paid $24 for two orders of fries and a drink. Order a large cheese fry and a large Cajun fries. When I opened my box of cheese fries there was minimal cheese especially when I paid over $6 for fries is crazy. I called and let them know the issue immediately and also took a picture to show proof when I went back to the restaurant to get more cheese the guy that works there argued with me telling me I must have shook the box around ? people in these businesses make up anything besides taking responsibility for what they did wrong. It's clearly visible there was barley any cheese at all I came back to the restaurant less than 5 minutes after I had left the first time. Sick of these businesses taking advantage and taking money do better!
