Dulce, was very nice and helped me with a smile. She greeted me as soon as I walked in and the whole time I was in the restaurant she had a smile on her face while helping the other customers as well. I’m glad she works in this establishment because I’m a normal customer.

Terrible service they had some Mexican lady who drew her eyebrows barely had any eyebrows was very rude and was trying to up the price for $30 when I got a $18 meal I don't know if she was trying to keep extra money or what not but I'll never go here again terrible customer service

I am appalled, furious, and heartbroken by my recent experience with DoorDash/Wingstop. When I received my order, the name attached to it was a vile racial slur: “N***.”** Let that sink in. In 2025, a platform this large allowed something so hateful, dehumanizing, and dangerous to appear on an order attached to a real human being. This isn’t just a “mistake.” It’s a failure of basic decency, ethics, and technological safeguards. How was this even allowed through your system? How is this not immediately flagged? And most importantly—what are you doing to fix it? I don’t want a canned apology. I want answers, action, and change. No one—NO ONE—should ever have to experience this level of racism while trying to order food. DoorDash, you need to take real accountability. Fix your system. Educate your team. Earn back the trust of the people you’ve hurt. Wingstop, to the employee who actually wrote this: —it was blatant racism, and it cut deep. You didn’t just write a word. You used one of the most violent, hateful terms in history, and aimed it at a real human being. Me. You tried to reduce me to a slur. But what you really did was expose your ignorance, your hate, and your cowardice. I am not your target. I am not your punchline. I am a Black woman with dignity, history, and strength that you’ll never be able to erase with a word. I hope you realize the weight of what you did. I hope it haunts your conscience the way your word tried to haunt my day. And I hope you understand that accountability is not optional—it’s coming.

Looking for an appetite and don’t know what to eat , nor can’t decide where to come I highly recommend wing stop right off the McKinley exit over by the 91fwy was greeted with great customer service by an employee by the name of Megan & was very helpful on my order upon making order over the phone , wanna thank you for for making my visit welcomed as I could assure I’ll be make for more em wings and to be greeted with friendly vibes , great customer service and many more more thank you again as I’m looking forward to see yall soon on my next order

Terrible customer service. Don't come here. My family meal was made with the wrong flavor for my tenders. I made it all the way home had the kids unload and they would not give me the correct flavor since I drove back without the tenders and then asked me to go back home and then come back again. Not only wasting my gas and time, they don't care about their customers or doing right by them. Manager Joslyn was also rude and did not greet my wife making her stand and wait for several minutes before acknowledging her. I would give them 0 stars if I could.
