I'm not one to eat alone at places. This place made it nice and relaxing to do that. I enjoyed eating there while I waited since I was very early to an appointment nearby. I ordered a breakfast bagel sandwich and watched the owner make it with so much care. I didn't order a drink and he still, very gently and lovingly brought me my food with a mug of water despite me not asking. That kind gesture and care is what made me write this review. He paid attention.
Highly recommend the Banh mi. I haven’t had Vietnamese sandwiches done like this in years and the sense of nostalgic was overwhelming. I discovered from talking to the owner that the sauce is specifically made in-house, which is why it tastes like how it’s done in Vietnam.
I came on a Thursday around 8:45am. Very quiet and calming atmosphere. The owners are very sweet. Food and coffee are tasty and reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend if you’re in the area!
