Went in on this hot day for a refreshing yogurt, but to my dismay the toppings were scarce and the seating and tables were filthy. They have an A rating, but the health department needs to make more regular visits.
There are so many flavors in this place and this is my first time

Yogurtland, a well-known frozen yogurt chain, is a healthier alternative to ice cream with lower calories, offering a sense of guilt-free indulgence. This location operates on a self-serve system where customers can fill their bowls with yogurt, add toppings, and pay based on weight.
I mixed a bowl with various flavors, topped with crumble cookies and fresh kiwi, and sampled several chocolate, vanilla, and fruity flavors—all of which were delightful. However, the pistachio flavor tasted artificial and lacked natural essence.
The service, unfortunately, was disappointing. When we entered, there was no staff in sight. After calling out and waiting, it took three minutes for someone to finally show up, leaving a poor impression. This branch might not be as busy, but the lack of attentiveness really impacted the experience.
While the frozen yogurt and topping variety were satisfying, the slow service is something they need to address.

Absolutely come here for frozen yogurt!!
It is pretty expensive, but if you have a little extra money, it's worth it!

I've had two different experiences visiting this YougurtLand place. First time wasn't very friendly, and I complained about it here. The shop owner treated my complaints very seriously and invited me to visit the shop again. That makes me think they really value customer satisfaction by making sure everyone gets the best service and experience. And I appreciate it.

Pulled up 10 minutes before 11 and they denied my service. 2 young ladies
My first visit to Yogurtland. A great stop for desert or to take the kids. I love this self serve concept. A Very cute and colorful little place. Clean and well maintained. The flavors and nice selection of toppings are great. The spoons are well made. I even took them home. Lol. Just keep an eye on your cup when you set them all on the counter to pay. My bestie accidentally took my coconut and chocolate cup, and by time i figured it out, it was almost all gone. Lol 🙄🍦🤷🏽♀️

Visited store yesterday around noon, yogurt was great, horrible customer service. No greeting looked like she didn't want to work there, she needs a refresher course on customer service.

Who ever was on the clock at 8:50PM Saturday Nov 11th (Both young individuals male and female) could use a bit of a customer service refresher. No greeting when we walked in the door. I asked for sample cups and rather than getting a response they pointed/lifted the sample tray. Girl was on her phone. A feeling of general disinterest in the atmosphere. No music was playing - just an awkward unwelcoming vibe in the air. The Yogurt was great! The place was relatively clean. Just think that for the benefit of the business it would be good to occasionally re-emphasize the importance of customer service.
