PLEASE READ BEFORE YOUR WAISTING UR TIME COMING HERE
From the start this place displeased me. As soon as you walk in you get a whiff of this strong cleaning chemical and it smells so disgusting but eventually you’ll become noise blind; I can only speak for the men but when you head towards the restrooms the smell becomes increasingly worse and it was literally unbearable for me think like a gas station bathroom smell. Enough talking about the smell the bathrooms were also quite disgusting the soap dispenser didn’t even work so they put a hand soap dispenser which can be really disgusting as people are able to open it up and do god knows what to it then put it back as if nothing ever happened so if you come be prepared with hand sanitizer.
As for the workers they weren’t very good at their jobs I ordered a drink and they forgot about it; it wasn’t till the waiter came back after 20 minutes and I had to remind them I ordered a drink for me to get it . The waiters also seem to be very off task taking their sweet sweet time and chatting amongst each other instead of tending to the customers; they weren’t even looking in our direction half the time and to get their attention you had to force it by raising your hand.
As for the food it’s nothing special and could hardly be called authentic. Anybody who has had a delicious bowl of some authentic ramen knows the joy of eating a pork chashu that just melts in your mouth but their pork chashu was hard and rough with barely any good meaty flavor. As for the noodles they were decent but the broth was just slightly better then an instant ramen so if it’s your first time trying out ramen at a restaurant it will be better then instant ramen but it’s leagues behind it competitors I would recommend a chain like Jinya if you’d like a better ramen eating experience not saying it’s the best out there but they make consistently good ramen as i’ve had it in multiple states and it was practically the same in all states.
As for the sushi it was horrible it came out luke warm instead of either hot or cold. When a roll is designed to be served hot or cold and it’s not it takes away from the freshness of the sushi and drastically changes the eating experience making the sushi not even worth buying. They also serve drinks in plastic cups which is not necessarily a bad thing but it really shows the ideology of this establishment they cut as much corners as possible buying only the cheapest quality stuff to make the most profit so if you come here you don’t have too spend a lot but just realize ur eating bottom of the barrel food.
Extremely rude service, the waiter guy shouldnt be serving people with that attitude :/
Food is kinda ok for what you pay for, but I didnt feel welcome. Very unpleasant experience..
Ramen was okay. The rolls were a total rip off and they used an unripe avocado. It was so hard, it was inedible.
My second time here for the all you can eat.$24 for adult and $10 for kid.You can have appetizers, ramen and roll .JALAPENO BOMB is my favorite.
First time here and it is amazing. Ordered the all you can eat and definitely worth the price. Good appetizers, ramen and sushi!

Ramen broth was just okay. Meat was tasty, but not outstanding. Overall, I would say a pretty average place!

Very good ramen. The broth was extremely rich, and they are allergy friendly! I have a nut allergy, and the manager assured me that my dish would not contain nuts despite the other bowls containing nuts.

Came back tonight & again were extremely disappointed. The waitress was rude. We were told that we had to order asap because kitchen was closing (It was 9pm) we understand we came late but we weren't even sat down , she walked away after that we seated ourselves. She then had attitude & again didn't get drinks until we had asked for them again because she kept going back & talking to coworkers. She seemed extremely bothered that we asked for our drinks. Even then 1 order was completely wrong & when we asked to get it fixed she tired to gaslight us into thinking we ordered wrong when we all heard the order being place properly. she refused to accept she messed up & kept arguing with us instead of offering a solution. When we asked her for the order that was missing she again made us feel that we were wrong, & then brings us an order of the gyoza that was missing, & they were FROZEN. it was a complete joke. The food wasn't good at all this time around. Food is good but I would rather have consistent food service at the eastvale location & deal with that traffic.

Food is decent. Service is surly and inattentive. The dining area is dingy with litter on the floor. The owners/managers must not care if it succeeds. The Yoshiharu in Chino is a thousand times better in every way.
Vegetarian options: Basically just one vegetarian ramen dish.

The new Laguna Niguel opened last month and I was so excited to try it. Today it rained, so we decided to do take out. I don’t like the pork or meats but I like the pork broth. I ordered the veggie ramen. They said I can’t have any other type of broth but veggie. It was tasteless and they were really stingy with the broth. Not even enough to cover the noodles. My husband ordered the chicken bento box. The chicken was so dry he couldn’t chew and swallow it. We won’t be going back there again! It’s too bad that Laguna Niguel can’t seem to attract decent restaurants!
Absolutely hit the spot! I’m pregnant and have been seriously struggling with nausea and loss of appetite but I completely devoured my entire bowl of tonkotsu. Baby seems to be enjoying it too :)
