So me and my wife stopped by for lunch today. We usually go here once or twice a week so we are used to the service.
Today was not a good visit. We spent $30.00 dollars today and expected to receive the same service as in the past. That was not the case.
I ordered the Lg 2 piece combo. The chicken was four (4) very small pieces with very little teriyaki sauce on it. When I went to the counter to ask for more sauce I was told it would be an additional charge of $.60 cents per container. The price was not the issue, the issue is that in the past I was never charged for additional sauce and the portions of chicken was more than 4 small pieces.
The manager claimed that it has been that way for years, which I don't know how as this was not a first time visit. Have to say it's a shame that they want to charge for their customers to get extra sauce.
Next time I will go to Ono Hawaiian where there is no extra charge for sauce.
Will not be returning or recommending this establishment again.

Pretty garbage compared to the yoshinoya off of Madison I go to everyday! Figured I would stop and hear and grab a bite real quick since I was in the area and regretted it, The gyoza was cold like it came out of the fridge, and my carrots in the chicken bowl look like they've been sitting in there for weeks But at least it was warm! Definitely won't be coming back here again!

This place is very bittersweet. Nice food (except the clam chowder). Pretty smelly, which makes it unpleasant to eat there. Disgusting bathrooms and weird music choice. The service is alright however.

I am extremely disappointed in today's purchase. I either need a refund, or im calling my bank. I paid almost 50$ today. I got 2 XL bowls. And some shrimp. I got salmon and chicken on 1 bowl, and on the other, i got beef and chicken. The food was literally ROTTEN ! ND I PAID 50$ My son ate rotten salmon. You can tell it's rotten when the taste lingers in the back of the throat, too. So just imagine how i felt tasting my sons salmon so rotten it tastes worse than tuna. I literally tasted the rotten fish in my nose. that's how bad it was. The chicken was so expired and rotten that the chicken pieces were all gray. I actually just threw away all the chicken in the trash. And that says a lot spending 50$ . I basically bought their whole groceries, and they decided to take advantage. I was so excited to get yoshinoya before i left back to vegas. But now i feel like i never have yoshinoya ever again. Im either gonna contact corporate and let them know. Or im going to get money back one way or another. I didn't eat anything. Only the tempura shrimp. I just threw away 50$ on trash food. Crazy cause the restaurant looks nice and clean when you first walk in. But looks are deceiving cause the food was so horrible. I honestly want to cry. Imagine not having a yoshinoya in las vegas. Going to another state all excited to finally get a dish only to be faced with nothing but disappointment. Im disgusted . Oh and the chicken was mostly only fat and the small pieces of actual chicken i got were literally gray. You know a chicken is rotten when its gray. That means that the chicken was left outside of the fridge for too long it went bad nd they still decided to use it on my plate. Like buddy i paid 50$ not 12$ . Thats extremely disrespectful. I didn't take a picture when i had the plate but here a picture of it in the trash. While im on my way home back to vegas. Filthy
I can see that the owner replied. I cant reply back. But i literally put that i ordered this TODAYY. On 06-01-2025. I also put exactly what i ordered on this review. I also know for a fact that the owner knows hes using rotten food. He probably tells his employees to use the rotten meat The employees wouldn't do it unless the owner tells them to do it. I will be contacting corporate, getting my refund one way or another.

Out of soy sauce then they charge me 60 cents to give me a tiny ramekin of teriyaki to replace what they don't have. Then they take 10 minutes to get it while my food gets cold. Food was not Yoshinoya quality and the bathrooms were absolutely disgusting. I would go to another location.
