Great service and delicious. Better variety than other delis. Fast, friendly and reliable. I’m closer to several other delis but it’s worth the longer drive!

Got the Pastrami and Reuben her yesterday. OMG it was so fresh. The C'est Si Bon baguettes with Pastrami was heaven. No more drives to LA. Found my Langer's dupe right here in Costa Mesa. And the staff are so kind. This is my go to Deli from now one.

Daily Fresh Baked Baguettes from C'est Si Bon, high quality meats and ingredients. Amazing food at an established Deli loved by locals. Great service to top things of. This is my go to place.

The next place we tried was 17th Street Deli. I actually found this spot on TikTok while looking for a good deli before heading to the beach with my wife and our friend. It was a sunny day and nothing hits better than a cold sandwich before the beach, so this place came through perfectly.
The staff here was super sweet and the girl at the front was incredibly helpful. I basically rapid fired questions at her asking what she recommended and let her choose for me. She pointed me toward the Italian cold sandwich, and she did not miss. I added jalapenos, pepperoncinis, and pickles, and the whole thing was phenomenal.
The French baguette had the perfect crunch while still being airy inside. The meats were loaded with flavor and had that perfect salty bite. Paired with the pickles, lettuce, and the dressing they use, it just came together really well. I was honestly impressed. Eating that sandwich on the beach with a full ocean view on a hot day made it even better. It felt like the perfect moment.
I am glad we found a new go to deli spot for beach days or even just for a quick lunch. I am already planning to come back to try their famous pastrami sandwich since that is what they highly recommended. Definitely a place worth checking out.

So I’ve always gone out of my way to drive by this shop for the quality of food. I find their sandwiches at a higher level of quality, but now I’m going back every day if I know ALYSSA is going to serve me. What an amazing young lady. Such high energy And just a breath of fresh air to be around. Thank you!

A hidden ITALIAN DELI in Costa Mesa that’s a foodie gem 💎
Don’t sleep on this spot 📍
- QUALITY premium meats hence the Boars Head sign within restaurant.
- Fresh LOCAL breads from C'est Si Bon Bakery
- Penjoyan Produce for your sandwich fillings

5/5 food
Delicious sandwich with the perfect amount of meat and fillings. Loved how they had crispy freshly made bacon inside and smashed the avocado versus sliced where it falls out.

5/5 service
Karla and Antonio were amazing throughout the entire experience. Thank you for your hospitality and genuine care in your craft.

4/5 Ambience
Everything was clean and tidy from the tables, seats, and drink area. Love how they have outdoor seating too!

4/5 Parking
Free parking within the shopping complex which can get busy during certain hours esp from the crowds a Plums Cafe.

$26 for a sandwich that was mostly bread,, drink and a bag of chips. Shame too cuz the pastrami was amazing, at least what I could taste of it. Way better alternatives out there for cheaper. Won’t be back

First time in. Asked for breakfast burrito was asked bacon sausage pastrami. I asked about pastrami and guy said he never tried but it was popular. Potatoes are premade/browned hash browns heated. Pico had so many raw hot onions couldn't taste anything for a bit. The upcharge was like $4.30 on top of 15.90 so it was terrible 21 dollar breakfast burrito. Felt ripped off never going back. Guy should have said something.
