A hidden ITALIAN DELI in Costa Mesa that’s a foodie gem 💎
Don’t sleep on this spot 📍
- QUALITY premium meats hence the Boars Head sign within restaurant.
- Fresh LOCAL breads from C'est Si Bon Bakery
- Penjoyan Produce for your sandwich fillings
5/5 food
Delicious sandwich with the perfect amount of meat and fillings. Loved how they had crispy freshly made bacon inside and smashed the avocado versus sliced where it falls out.
5/5 service
Karla and Antonio were amazing throughout the entire experience. Thank you for your hospitality and genuine care in your craft.
4/5 Ambience
Everything was clean and tidy from the tables, seats, and drink area. Love how they have outdoor seating too!
4/5 Parking
Free parking within the shopping complex which can get busy during certain hours esp from the crowds a Plums Cafe.

$26 for a sandwich that was mostly bread,, drink and a bag of chips. Shame too cuz the pastrami was amazing, at least what I could taste of it. Way better alternatives out there for cheaper. Won’t be back

First time in. Asked for breakfast burrito was asked bacon sausage pastrami. I asked about pastrami and guy said he never tried but it was popular. Potatoes are premade/browned hash browns heated. Pico had so many raw hot onions couldn't taste anything for a bit. The upcharge was like $4.30 on top of 15.90 so it was terrible 21 dollar breakfast burrito. Felt ripped off never going back. Guy should have said something.

Was completely ignored by the obese woman, waited 5 mins for her to ask the person behind me what they want. Clearly she hates fit males. How is this acceptable?

I paid 20 dollars for a pastrami sandwich. There was very little meat and I still felt hungry afterwards. I would have rather paid 5 dollars more and actually gotten some meat. I live down the street and wanted to try this place and it was nice enough but I expected a more impressive sandwich

If you like mashed potatoes, then order the breakfast. Burrito because it's 75% mashed potatoes.

Great friggin service and a great sandwich. Ordered on-line and I requested items not on the menu... Salami Monster on sour dough for a harbor cruise picnic. It was loaded with all the goods. Most importantly, it was ready on time and they wont blow it!

I went there to get a pastrami sandwhich. I ordered a sandwhich to go from the counter. Ordering ahead on their website would have been better because parking was a nightmare, I had to circle the parking lot for about 10 minutes to find a space.I ordered the grilled bread because I want the rye crispy, but after a 35 minute ride home, the bread had gone soft, so thats on me. The pastrami was thick and juicy and very tasty. They only had Boars Head deli mustard, not yellow mustard so the sandwhich didn’t have quite the zip I was hoping for, but overall, I'd give the sandwhich 4 stars. The guy who took my order was friendly and helpful with my order. From order to getting my sandwhich was about 10 minutes.
