Iʻm from Hawaii so I was so happy to see that a 7 leaves still existed after pandemic! They make the best thai tea in my opinion but their vietnamese coffee is hands down so fresh and tasty. The employee was patient, funny & kind. He even have us a sample lf the Holiday Peppermint Coffee Drink, sooo good! The place was still cute and cozy! Love it! Aloha!

This is one of my favorite places to study late at night, and Brendan always makes the experience even better. His generosity and kindness really stand out, and it’s clear he goes the extra mile to brighten people’s day. I always leave feeling like I’ve had great service and a great atmosphere. One of the reasons why this is such a great spot to keep coming back to.

I originally bought two coffees, but one accidentally slipped and dropped right outside the shop before I even had a sip. The staff still charged me again for a new cup, even though they saw what happened. It was disappointing to see the lack of basic understanding or customer care.

I’ve heard of not filling it up to the top for less or no ice but this was way overkill. The workers probably hate delivery orders tbh.
It looks like I drank half my drink, right? NO, it was made this way. Make sure you only order in person and double check that they didn’t give you way way less.

really good boba and service. we mistakenly ordered one of our drinks pre-sweetened and when we expressed we wanted it without sugar they promptly made us another one.

Got the summer mint tea, which was super sweet, so I asked if they could adjust it. Found out that they don't do adjustments on (which is pretty unheard of for a boba shop, especially one of this size)
They offered to dilute it, to which I assumed they would take the drink, add water, and reseal it with the machine. Instead, they just handed me a separate cup of water that was 1/4 full??
They did make me a new drink (sea salt jasmine), which was still pretty sweet. Probably wouldn't come back.
9 AM this place is popular from online orders and walk-in customers. Milk alternatives are available.

A chain boba shop that’s alright. The drink wasn’t amazing. Got grass jelly as the topping and it wasn’t great too. Asked for less ice but half the cup was ice. There was a promotion to get a lil scratcher to win something if you spend 10$. But for this price point, I’ve probably had better bubble tea.
Service was quick and cashier was friendly. It was also a quiet spot with a few standing chairs.
