7leaves is a good chain place to get boba/drinks. However my experience tonight at this location was the worst!! The guy working at the cashier was not properly trained and definitely the worst!! HORRIBLE ATTITUDE, POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Bad attitude, unhelpful towards customers. I was ready to pay, and he took a while to get the screen into paying mode. I was paying with apple pay and he looked at me waiting for my payment, and I had to ask if he needed cash or card, when I want to pay with apple pay. He didn't make effort to listen to us well, clean your earwax man. My friend wanted to pay with card and he said the machine was broken, when just right before I paid with credit card. So my friend had to pay cash, doesn't make sense at all. Our drinks were ready, but they didn't call us. I had to go to the counter and ask for the drinks. Obviously was ours. I asked the guy, why didn't you call us? The guy said 'I don't know, my brother' WTF?! What kind of a response to the customer is this??? I right away told him "your customer service is horrible" he ignored me and didn't say sorry. SUPER RUDE, WILL NEVER GO TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN!!

Just went here for the first time and customer service was amazing!! They were helpful and generous! The coffee is amazingly yummy since I am used to traditional coffee. Thank you 7 Leaves for an amazing experience and I will highly recommend your business.

No wait time on a Sunday, that's a plus! They make the BEST oolong milk tea, and my friend who doesn't always like milk tea LOVED the Sea Salt cream Jasmine! My coffee-loving friends also recommend their Vietnamese coffee--strong but balanced out with the condensed milk!

They kind of suck.. I ordered a large herbal tea with grass jelly and it's not filled to the top. There's no customization since everything is already pre made. I used to love 7leaves but they have been very disappointing. There are a million other tea shops that will adjust my sugar levels and will fill my drink cup to the rim.

Shorter menu than most tea places but the selection is really good. They have unique drinks not typically found at other shops. Fast service. Nice ambiance.

Be nice, and tip well. I've been working in coffee for 10 years but I have a slight obsession with mint Serenos. Phil's is mid compared to how this location and this location only makes it. Thanks for all the drinks

My favorite coffee in the whole world!!! my friend got me hooked on it and I've loved it ever since and tell everyone to come here for the best coffee. I always get the house coffee with 2 extra shots; seriously perfect every-time. Super fast and consistent flavor. Staff is also super great and friendly. (just wanted to leave another review because of how great they are).

I have never had a bad experience at 7 leaves. The staff is friendly and so helpful in explaining the menu & the drinks are delicious! I always get the house coffee but recently tried the pandan drink and loved it!
I was looking for a place with wifi and plug-in to do some work as my apartment has a power outage. I called in advance to confirm and they said they have fast speed wifi. I went there, ordered, and found out no plug-in nearby the seat, and wifi is not working. Staff be like oh I dunno what's wrong, just try again. Seems they don't give a s*** as long as you ordered something. Bruh.

Excellent spot to get your morning fix, the quality and taste are very consistent each time. I picked up a my standard vietnamese coffee and a taro milk tea for a co-worker. Splurged a little and got a half dozen macaroons also. There is great customer service here, seems like little turnover in employees which is a good sign. I suggest add ons like boba, aloe vera, or grass jelly to any drink for that extra texture.

PSA to all ladies, I don't recommend coming here after dark, and here's why:My friend and I were stopped getting out of our car by a shady man who kept asking for our help and seemed like he was trying to lure us away from the shop. We quickly got inside and told the worker there what had happened - she made our drinks extra quickly so that we could get out of there asap. Once our drinks were ready, she walked us to our car and stood in the doorway of the business to make sure we were safe, and also made sure to tell the other young girls who were studying inside what had happened. The shady experience doesn't reflect badly on the business for me at all, and we really appreciate their employee being an ally to us.

Once our drinks were ready, she walked us to our car and stood in the doorway of the business to make sure we were safe, and also made sure to tell the other young girls who were studying inside what had happened. The experience doesn't reflect badly on the business for me, and I really appreciate their employee being an ally to us. But she did say that that kind of shady activity tends to happen there at night, so again I'd recommend ladies not come here after dark!!
