We had a nice family gathering. Good food and drinks at fair prices. Great service by Armando.

First time dining here and it was absolutely amazing! The food was delicious, the atmosphere was great, and everything exceeded our expectations. What truly made the experience extra special was our waiter, Roberto. He was incredibly attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable—he made us feel so welcome and taken care of from start to finish. You can tell he genuinely cares about the guests' experience. We will definitely be coming back, and we'll be asking for Roberto!

Delicious variety of food for brunch including desserts, Mexican meats and side dishes. Traditional starter soups and sweet bread. Definitely will be back.

Roberto was fantastic! He was very accommodating and really made our brother's birthday special. He was quick and we had lots of fun. This was our first time in the Costa Mesa location - beautiful backyard and really helpful staff in general.

Went for Sunday brunch they have reconfigured and revamped the Sunday brunch area. there seems to be more of a selection and it seems easier to move around the tables. there seemed to be more people to help with questions and service. the food was good the selection was good; would I come back yes

Lunch buffet was great value. I like the corn cake that's at the buffet as well as the Mexican Cesar salad with cilantro and pepitas. Roberto was my server. He is efficient, and cares for his customers. What more could one ask? Thanks Acapulco for hiring great servers like Roberto. He doesn't for get a thing!

Even with little to no expectations this place failed. Food is gross, chicken is a rubbery, processed definitely not real meat, texture. We arrived after brunch had finished, I had to ask if we had a server after sitting for 15 minutes unattended. Everything was super slow even though it wasn’t busy at all. Even paying took forever. Won’t be back, I can handle ghetto and slow if the food is good but everything sucked.

We had reservations on Mother's Day but didn't get into the restaurant for about 30-40min after the reserved time. It was obvious the restaurant overbooked and the staff was panicking. Most of the food for the Mother's Day brunch was gone when we got into the restaurant. I think they extended it about 30 min after the 2 pm window but still the variety and amount of food was small for the amount of guest. We weren't offered water or champagne after being seated and eventually flagged down a waiter for champagne. My empathy goes towards the staff because being overbooked is challenging. I think we didn't get the Right experience because of this. It was also very warm inside the restaurant compared to the temperature outside.

Reasonably good, cheap Mexican food chain. There are better places around, of course, but it's a solid option.

You just can't beat ($3) Margarita Mondays!!! . . . and the staff is very welcoming.

Super fun atmosphere, very welcoming and fun. The chips and salsa were super good with a little kick, and the food we ordered came out very quickly. Servers checked on us often and the music was good and fun. Food was delicious and filling with generous portions. Great place.

HH at Acapulco is a good value both for libations & appetizers.
> Costa Mesa location - Overall experience was a solid C; food freshness lacking.
> Long Beach location - Superior in every category; B+ along with available waterfront seating.
