Permanently CLOSED!? My husband and I just rode our bikes here and the location is CLOSED. Their neon sign has been removed from the top of the building and it's empty inside. Google said it's still open though. LISTING NEEDS TO BE UPDATED ASAP. Looking at other reviews from 3-4 months ago and it looks like they were on their way down anyways. Great milky buns but the service always sucked. Short lines would take forever somehow, slow workers who didn't care about their work. Very disappointing.

3/26/22 It was a Friday night and me and my friends wanted to get ice cream. Before arriving, we checked to see if it was open and their hours stated that they were open until 12 AM. When we got there at 11, the doors were locked and everybody inside was cleaning. Either update your hours or don't close an hour early.

All i wanted was ice cream. it's 10 o'clock. i trusted you. why would you lie to me? you said it's open till 12am "errrrday". today is saturday so when is "errrday?" going to the afters in westcliff now. we're over.

I don't know why it says this location is closed but it is very much open! I love this location so much! The staff is super nice and always helpful! My fave flavor is the salty Oreo! Also milky buns are to die for!

Service was top notch! I asked to try several ice cream and I didn't like it. Then one guy asked what I didn't like about them and then suggested Triple C. Ice cream isn't overly sweet and they have some different flavors like jasmine, Vietnamese coffee, etc. when the workers take what you don't like and then suggest something based on what you didn't like...that is how you suggest the right flavor. They can even tell you how each one will taste like a wine connoisseur...what flavors come forward.

This place is so amazing. I love the donut stuffed with ice cream. The staff is always super friendly and makes the orders really quick. You never really have to deal with a line which is great. Favorite ice cream shop in town

LAZY WORKERS!!!!! DON'T COME HERE. I always come to this location hoping that they wouldn't close early.. because i always have late night ice cream cravings and that's why i love after's--they close late. BUT. this location ALWAYS closes at least 15 minutes early and lock the doors and hide in the back of the shop with the lights on! So disappointing. I love afters but i HATE this location. Need to hire new workers this has happened one too many times. So pissed off
Closes early every day. Don't bother coming 15-30 min before closing because the doors are going to be locked. This has happened to me TOO many times over the past YEAR. Only this location has lazy workers--go to any other Afters location.

i love afters but their hours keep changing. there was a couple flavors i wanted they didnt have? super annoying. plus theres these two little kids running around screaming that made it just extra fun. i wish all the locations had the same flavors

Tried to come before work to squeeze in desert. Arrived at 1:45 because I was told they opened at 2. It was 2:30 before someone opened the door and I couldn't wait any longer before being late. You guys have store hours... honor them or don't post them.
