Decided to try this place because they had high reviews for shrimp and Birria tacos. Small place, but I love the artwork on the walls. The promenade often has entertainment outside, so on the weekends there is more ambiance. We got there about 20 minutes before closing. The staff was very friendly and answered our questions. The food was made fresh and was still hot when we got home. Next time I want to eat it because I think the Birria tacos should be eaten right away. The shrimp taco was delicious and had a great kick.Will definitely be back.

I tried Multiple food items and was surprisingly great tasting and very well presented in a fashionable way. I tried the Sonora Taco, Del Nar Burrito, Churros, and Micheladas 20 oz. Also they have there special house made Horchata . All were very good. I would recommend eating here.

Excellent service. My food came out pretty fast. Very friendly and welcoming. Great place to go during lunch / lunch break. Absolutely love the art work and how theres almost pictures of everything. Helps alot when making my choice. Also went to tustin location and long beach. Separate days. All the food was very similar in great quality.

My husband is waiting for a interview and i ordered the churros with caramel. Very yummy and delicious, fast service , great customer service . Absolutely clean and well kept. Very decent prices. Organized menu which wss very helpful with pictures for fast service and choice. Id Absolutely come back here especially if they hire my husband tyler today. ... wife approved ?? ?? ?? ? ?? ?

Enjoyed a Saturday night meal with wife. Had the fish tacos with rice beans and was delicious crispy not salty but very tasty. Tortillas were single small which is good for less carbs. Wife had birria taco which was good also.

The food presentation is pretty and big servings on small tortillas. Sadly, all this causes me to bring the stars lower the salsa they add to their tacos and fish taco is so overpowering that I am unable to enjoy the meat. I ordered al pastor and I was saddened that I did not enjoy my tacos. My mother got the fish taco and it was so big that you need 3 more small tortillas to finish the fish piece given. I thank the staff for their kind customer service but I also highly recommend cleaning tables after customers leave especially inside your establishment.

Drove here to go to flame broiler but decided to walk in here instead. We were pleasantly surprised. Husband and I got the mole tots and the quesabirria tacos. We actually really enjoyed them. The mole was spicy but a good kind of spicy and the quesabirria tacos were really good. We also got the Mexican lager and the margarita. I actually really enjoyed the margarita. It was light and fresh but not very much alcohol in it. My husband enjoyed the beer. Overall I would come back to try other items on the menu.

We tried the watermelon fresca and it was really good. The quesabirria tacos were good ( the meat was a little fatty but my hubby liked it) and the consome had a different flavor but was good. The asada tots were yummy! And big enough to share since we loved these! I had the taquitos, pretty decent size. Green sauce had kick. The staff was friendly. Prices were reasonable. Nice place to get a taco fix!

Kid-friendliness: It's got the same layout as the previous taco place. Open enough to maneuver strollers.

I ordered a asada burrito and it was terrible it was the worst burrito I have ever ate. It was all soggy and the taste was not fresh at all. This is definitely not a Mexican restaurant quality food. For the quality of the food it was to expensive too. Not worth eating here again. Also not to friendly staff either. Never again will I eat here again.

Very good food with great authentic taste. I had the quesabirria tacos and they were really good, the tortillas were very good as well. The console had a very good flavor to it. The street cien eswuites were very good with a unique more lemony flavor to them. I also had the watermelon strawberry flavored agua fresca that hit the spot as it wasn't too sweet. All that for $19.01. Inflation!

It was a pleasant surprise to come across another Amorcito in Costa Mesa this past weekend.We have been to other locations in Long Beach. We were busy shopping and we were hungry. We ordered a delicious burrito with guacamole and it hit the spot. The aguas fresca is always a welcome sight. We ordered the watermelon agua fresca and it was so tasty. Good stuff!

I was originally going to the Karl Strauss brewery, but then I stepped in here and was pleasantly surprised. The enchiladas were interesting and the plate was well portioned. The street taco was good, but not the best I've had. What did surprise me was their horchata, which tasted to me like it was made in-house which is rare in the US and normally only seen at much larger restaurants. I could be wrong about the horchata, but if that's the case then this restaurant could be a leader in Mexican cuisine if they rough out the edges.

Not the best. I got a meat burrito but it ended up being a rice burrito.

Super greesy food. Worst burrito I've ever tried. If you Latino, you won't like this place straight up.

Went to visit here based upon the menu pictures and reviews. This is a great spot for delicious Mexican food. The location is ready access, since it's close to the parking garage at metro pointe. The serving portion size are enough for two ?. Stopped here before heading to Nordstrom Rack so glad that we did because we had to walk off all of the food we ordered lol.I love tator tots and anytime it's on the menu I get them. They had asada tots so yes I had to have them, they were so good, I also tried the queso Burria tacos with the juice yummy!!!!! To wash it all down I had an agua fresca and for dessert fresh made Churros. My Lil sis had the taquitos with rice and beans, and the Mexican corn. She had the pineapple agua fresca. If you're in the area or you've been shopping and need a snack this is the perfect place?
