I’m not sure why they aren’t taking credit cards anymore, all I hear is that our machine isn’t working. It’s sounds suspicious! I also hate the fact they closed the other side of the stand so it would be easier to get in and out.

Love stopping by when visiting the mall! Delicious coffee, and a nice place to take a break. My only complaint is lack of seating, but I think that is the fault of the mall.

Got a quick cup of coffee here because the line at Sbux was ridiculous. I got an iced Americano. I drink it black, so I get the full flavor of the coffee. I liked it, not bad for the $5, plus $2 tip. It is a bit much for 16oz but its at South Coast so its expected.

Mamma Mia, amazing espresso. It’s just like being in Italy.

Come here for tiramisu a lot. My family enjoys it. Although service is not the best, but food is ok. I normally just visit, order, pay and leave.

One thing has me coming back here and it's the almond cake. However business practices are shoddy- they are now cash only, and during the last 4 times I've stopped by the almond cake has been a different price each time. When I inquired about this strange discrepancy I was told sometimes they cut the slices bigger and on those days they charge more? Except the slices have always been the same during all my visits. This is exactly how credibility is lost. With their location this place has a lot of potential and it's painful to watch a business shoot themselves in the foot with stupid decisions especially in this economy.

Ok coffee and super convenient location with reasonable prices (considering you're in south coast plaza). Antonello gives me airport coffee shop energy- it's very fast-paced with minimal seating (they have some tables sitting right in the footpath of mall goers). You'll get coffee fast and cheaper than most other places in south coast plaza, but it won't be the tastiest or friendliest experience of your life. I had a single espresso for $3. It was pretty good, but a little burnt. They have some premade sandwhiches in a grab and go case, but this is mostly for coffee and pastries.

Unfortunately, many good things about this place have changed. They don't have their good pastries and delicious pizza anymore, and sandwiches aren't tasty at all. They have also changed the chairs, and those are ugly.

Rude, wrong order. They got another customer’s order wrong too. Coffee tastes bland for its price. Just go to Starbucks, trust me.

Worst service ever !!!!!! CASH ONLY , REALLY ??????? I don't even want to give them one star , that's mean 0 Star .

Rude sales person. Today, I ordered a pastry and I asked for a fork because I will be doing some business meeting while eating. The guy laughed and made fun of my request and making a face that it was a d*** thing to ask for a fork and plate. I wouldn't even give a single star for this.

Sandwich was pretty disappointing, but the coffee was fine

My wife and mother in law purchased 2 teas, coffee, croissant, and hot chocolate. Was grossly over charged. Receipt was not furnished upon request. $6 for hot chocolate??? Great drinks but watch his calculations.

Cash only, so I was forced to skip. It looked decent though.
