I come here quite often. I met the worst service staff today, a new white girl that I have never met before, took 20 mins for the other staff to make a coffee and the coffee was wrong. I asked them to remake it and stated that I waited for 20 mins, she said: 20 mins? Not that long. SO RUDE. They are not even feel sorry for making the wrong coffee at all. I miss the Chinese service staff who was alway there serving politely. I guess I will stop coming to this place, I just like...
Very nice place overall. The pricing is on the expensive side, but that's to be expected at a place like South Coast Plaza. Not to mention, the welcoming and hospitable staff make up for it. Perfect place to get a nice cup of coffee in the midst of a shopping-spree!
Wow!!!!!! I came on vacation to Cali. What an experience, to go shopping and able to stop at Armani Cafe . The atmosphere was awesome , very clean and sleek . I needed a reboot from the traveling and shopping and site seeing. Armani Cafe gave me what I needed to continue my day . I ordered the Cold Brew and a Cinnabon bun that helped me to continue my day . I was giving awesome customer service right as I walked in . Nan greeted me, and gave me awesome advice, I truly appreciate...
