Very disappointed with this meal. The carne in the burrito was overcooked and charred, making it difficult to eat. The rolled chicken tacos tasted stale and lacked any real flavor. The beef on the loaded fries had an odd, unpleasant taste, and the chicken quesadilla was soggy with little texture or structure. Overall, the quality was poor across the board. I would not recommend this place.

This is the place to go for Breakfast Buritos, taste great with that green salsa. I always get the potato egg and cheese burrito, so good and huge portions.

Just warning every time you order here your order will be wrong. I have never actually gotten an order right. They also tie off the bag so you can’t conveniently look inside. Buyer beware. Also so inconvenient to get in and out of no wonder Taco Bell closed the location just for that. Good luck owners, not having managers in at night.

I’ve Never found a place better than Arsenio’s when it comes to their plates. I came for the carne asada burrito X2 + beans & rice and FREE SODA. I upgraded for the Jamaica. My burrito was delicious from the first bite to the very last. I also have 1 burrito left for tomorrow! I brought along a friend who enjoyed a grilled chicken Chimichanga. We’re both satisfied & full. Thank you Arsenio’s ♥️

Got the carne asada nachos. No flavor, kinda bland. Most places i get nachos have lettuce tomato onion, pico, cheese and sour creme. These had a tiny bit of bean,a small dollop of sour creme and cheese. Worst nachos I've had in s long time. I should of checked before I left the drive thru. For the almost 17 dollars I will not be getting these again. Tried calling twice to complain, got no answer.
Sadly Taco Bell puts more on their nachos. I'd be disputing this crap if I didn't pay with cash cuz they charge more if you use a card. If you like nachos with more than meager toppings, go elsewhere. I probably won't be returning
The guy was friendly at the window at least. So at least they get high marks for that.

The best bean and cheese burrito hands down. It’s always packed with the perfect ratio of beans to cheese.. you def get your moneys worth & better than any other restaurant I’ve tried personally especially since it’s convenient that arsenios has a drive thru. I hope they never go out of business 😭

Enjoyed it but the quesadilla wasn't cut into any slices, so it was awkward to eat. Otherwise the pastor was okay. The woman at the driver window was super polite. Thanks.

Honestly I get they up thier prices but 3 times I've bought soda w food to get it watered down. If your going to charge $2.78 for a small soda get it working. Thier salsa is old and bad tasting. You need to improve for your prices. McDonald's soda is $1.69 and fresh.
