I just ordered food this afternoon, and it had to be the worst attempt at Mexican food that I have ever had. The red sauce was nothing but salt. The cheese enchiladas had unmelted cheese and again the salty red sauce. Maybe it's just this location because I have tried the others and never had such a problem. The fish tacos were nothing but breading, I got 1 bite of fish and that was it. The dude in front taking my order was mumbling behind a half plexiglass thing, had to ask repeatedly to speak up....at this point I should have left but I was ordering not that hard to prepare items....so I thought. I was wrong! It was the McDonalds of Mexican restaurants, except McDonalds does make edible food. Sorry McDonalds....maybe it was more like a mouth full of dirt and salt. Even dirt had less salt. No stars!

Let's try some customer service, people! Staff is NOT nice, NOT friendly, and NOT helpful. Don't go here! You can get way better food for same price or less at other drive thrus for Mexican food. By far, the WORST Arsenios in OC. Came here for convenience because the HB one is amazing and same family, right? No!! No!! This NOT the same! We will now drive 15 min away because this place (5 min away) is not good or good experience. Do better!!

Here's the thing, the food is delicious and it's great quality! I ordered the super nachos with asada, chicken tacos, potato tacos and a bean and cheese burrito. That being said, the super nachos were very...disappointing. The nachos barely had guacamole and sour cream, it looked like someone grabbed the smallest spoon they could find and used it to put a dime sized amount of both the guacamole and sour cream, which were placed under the chips. Omg let me mention the amount of beans!! They put the SMALLEST amount of beans on the chips, the smallest amount, like why not all on the chips?? On top of that, the cheese wasn't even close to melted. This would be my overall rating: 5 stars for food taste because that was delicious, but 2 stars for preparation/presentation of the food. If you're going to put beans, guacamole and sour cream on the nachos, then PLEASE make sure you put enough for your customers to eat...and put it on top of everything, NOT under all the chips.

Got a breakfast burrito it was horrible I will never go to that place again and would not recommend to anyone . The burrito had nothing but potatoes mostly it seems like there trying to save money on there food supplies .

A good greasy Mexican spot. I walked in and the combo prices were a little high. $14 for 2-tacos/beans and rice. So I ordered the carnitas tostada for $8. Good and fresh.THE RED SAUCE IS BOMB ?. I will return for the red sauce alone.

I'm a regular there and this dude who is obviously new was extremely rude to me when taking my drive thru order. I asked for a two chicken taco plate aka combo #9 served with rice and beans and he cut me off, saying that they don't serve that there and I was explaining how it's on the menu and he didn't let me finish. He did not repeat my order and when I got home I saw he gave me three chicken tacos. I called and he happened to answer, he did not apologize and said that I was wrong in ordering my food. I asked for his name he didn't give it to me, I asked for a refund he said no, I asked for his manager and conveniently his manager had just left. His customer service is no where near decent.
