If you’re looking for the best Ensenada style fish tacos this is the spot grab some black beans and white rice. Throw a little pico on your plate and don’t forget a little extra side of the white sauce. They also have cold bottled beer.
The food here is really good. Also feels very fresh. The service is great. They have a great salsa bar. The layout is wide open kinda kills the atmosphere a little bit but that’s OK cause it’s a step above fast food. So far there’s nothing on the menu. I have not liked the food is terrific. Portions are also large my favorite meal here is the chicken burrito wet. I also feel like there’s a healthy option. You can get black beans with plain white rice.
The food was good overall. I was surprised that a Baja-style restaurant didn’t offer chipotle sauce. I wasn’t impressed with the Baja-style taco—it felt more like fish sticks in a tortilla. However, the shrimp taco was excellent!
