Very disappointed with my last order from Basil Mediterranean Grill (delivery). The quality of the food was outrageous.We received a quarter of a raw onion instead of the grilled onions we ordered. The Tuscany Salmon we ordered was definitely burnt (see picture).I reached out to the restaurant. They did not return my calls and did not reply to my emails. Just very poor customer service.It's a bummer because I used to like this place.

I had lunch at Basil a couple of days ago, and the food and service were amazing. They use quality ingredients and the portions were big. Great atmosphere and service as well. I will definitely be taking family and friends to this restaurant.

Food has changed quite a bit. It's still okay, but I remember it being much better in the past. Maybe it was just an off night.

Vegetarian options: Customary Persian selections including traditional vegetarian stew, meatless appetizers and a number of classic rice (polo) pilafs.

Dietary restrictions: Most entrees are halal. Inquire to learn the exceptions.

Parking: Limited on the Harbor Blvd frontage, but ample behind. Enter lot off 19th Street.

I ordered food for the first time and had it delivered in about 10 minutes but the food was sadly very cold and not so tasty. Maybe it was just a bad night for them but I was really looking forward to my dinner.

This is one of the best Mediterranean restaurants/ Persain restaurants in the area. The quality of the food is good and most importantly the food is delicious! We love the humus and tabouli. Hands down the best of its kind in the area with fair pricing, great customer service, and delicious food! Highly recommend.

So fresh and good taste food especially salmon...but lamb shank had some smell.

The spicy hummus was great. Service wasn't bad, but not too good either.

Horrible service I placed a pick up order waited patiently as another person was complaining even when they were not attending anybody I was offered no help I had to say something before they even greeted me or said anything than when I told her I had a pick up she said it wasn’t ready without even asking the name or even knowing who the order is for I called her out on it she gave no apology and continued to say none of the orders were ready didn’t check or anything so sad horrible service I was so excited to eat here to there restrooms are amazing but horrible service so sad
