Baskin Robbins is our go to for birthday cakes. We love that they have funfetti cake. The cake design we took a risk asking for a custom vintage style cake. Give the cake designer a raise ??????this cake was to beautiful to eat! Everyone loved it and of course it tasted delish ?

It was so hot the day we went to Costa Mesa. We saw a Baskin and Robbins and were in heaven. Parking was so easy in their nice clean and safe lot.
The place inside and out was ever so clean. They all have a great selection and they love to add new things, especially for kids. My favorite is their World Class Chocolate and they always have it. My grandson loves the more kid flavors and this month they have some purple thing that he just loved. You can eat there if you want or take it to go. They also sell pints and ice cream cakes which are always great. They have some there or you can special order.
The place is just adorable and it is cool inside.
The service is fast and very nice. They keep the whole area clean. They know all their offerings and will even let you taste some if you want.
This is a chain and a great one. Have a cool time.

Dislocation is one of the best in OC very well stocked. The ice cream is a perfect temperature. Looks fresh great customer service sitting area provided.

Very dissatisfying and sad. I went into the Costa Mesa Baskin Robbins next to Dominoes, for my daughters birthday. Says on their website you can get a free scoop of ice cream for a birthday. The cashier told us they don’t do that, they said you have to sign up for the app, and maybe they’ll give it to you, that’s the only way. I then said we have an ID that shows it’s her birthday. She said it doesn’t matter no free ice cream for her. The sad thing for the company is I was going to get a shake, and also a birthday ice cream probably spend about 80 bucks there. Because they were so rude about not giving a free ice cream and upsetting my daughter we just left. I told him on the way out I was going to buy a cakeFrom them but they didn’t care. Shows how downhill Baskin-Robbins is. Never going there again money grubbers and I will be showing this to corporate

This review is on the service I received tonight. My friend and I went for ice cream and I purchased a single scoop of toasted peach ice cream. We had asked if they were giving samples and one of the employees told us they were not. We made our purchase and went out to the car to eat. After 2 bites I realized there was something wrong with this flavor, it was very artificial tasting and frankly, pretty gross. I went back in and let them know I could not eat the ice cream could I please just get a different scoop to replace it. The young man who was working was very sweet, but the female who stepped in very rudely stated that because I tasted it she could not give me something different. I told her I took 2 bites and it is really gross, she again said no, you tasted it so there is nothing we can do for you. I said ok, then I would like my money back, she refused. Then I asked her what the managers name was, she told me she isnt allowed to give out that information, so I asked her name, Joana. (It does say her name on the receipt.) So tonight I wasted $6.00 ($4.30 + $1.70 tip) on 2 bites of very gross ice cream and a whole lot of very rude attitude from Joanna. I will never again spend my money at this shop, I will choose to spend my money elsewhere where they actually care about customer service.
