Good ice cream we got 2 pints. The only reason I'm docking a star is because the employee was doing another task and failed to communicate that it would be a few minutes before i would be helped.

Bring a scale, or watch them pack you containers.Yesterday my wife, against my wishes, placed a large order to be delivered. For the third time in a row we received half filled quarts. This make it three out of four orders we got ripped off. Luckily the delivery company saw this and refunded most of the money. Like I mentioned, this is the third time in a row and I will not let anyone in the family to go there in the future. You pay $100 in ice cream you would want close to the correct amount. Not sure if it is they inept or stealing from customers. I will I can get my very generous tips back from them.

This review is on the service I received tonight. My friend and I went for ice cream and I purchased a single scoop of toasted peach ice cream. We had asked if they were giving samples and one of the employees told us they were not. We made our purchase and went out to the car to eat. After 2 bites I realized there was something wrong with this flavor, it was very artificial tasting and frankly, pretty gross. I went back in and let them know I could not eat the ice cream could I please just get a different scoop to replace it. The young man who was working was very sweet, but the female who stepped in very rudely stated that because I tasted it she could not give me something different. I told her I took 2 bites and it is really gross, she again said no, you tasted it so there is nothing we can do for you. I said ok, then I would like my money back, she refused. Then I asked her what the managers name was, she told me she isnt allowed to give out that information, so I asked her name, Joana. (It does say her name on the receipt.) So tonight I wasted $6.00 ($4.30 + $1.70 tip) on 2 bites of very gross ice cream and a whole lot of very rude attitude from Joanna. I will never again spend my money at this shop, I will choose to spend my money elsewhere where they actually care about customer service.

I've called numerous times to speak to someone about it and they won't return my calls, so I'll have to go in I guess. I'm not one to be a stickler, but I couldn't even fix it without messing up the picture :(

I don't care what excuse they have but they refuse to answer the phone on a Tuesday night. Not only that, they hang up on you without even saying a word! I don't care how "busy" you think you are, that is just so unprofessional and rude, which I know no one will have a spine enough to even call me back or prob even respond to my review. You will never have my or my family's business ever again and be sure that I will tell everyone who will listen! Bye! So sad, used to be my favorite place growing up. Guess things change. Way to go self-absorbed millennials!!

I don't care what excuse they have but they refuse to answer the phone on a Tuesday night. Not only that, they hang up on you without even saying a word! I don't care how "busy" you think you are, that is just so unprofessional and rude, which I know no one will have a spine enough to even call me back or prob even respond to my review. You will never have my or my family's business ever again and be sure that I will tell everyone who will listen! Bye! So sad, used to be my favorite place growing up. Guess things change.
