Food was delicious! Fall off the bone ribs, melt in your mouth pulled pork. Highly recommend the Red Neck Mac&Cheese! And don't forget the banana pudding. ENJOY we sure did 😃

Best BBQ we have found so far in Orange County...we tried 5 places when we landed on this place 3 years ago and keep coming back to Beach Pit. Love the food and atmosphere! We always get the meat sampler. Get some of every meat plus 2 sides and cornbread and enough for us to share and have leftovers. Great way to save money and get a taste of everything for us seniors.

Nice and cozy place to have lunch. We ordered bbq meat sampler and it was big enough for two and a leftover (despite it does look small at the picture). We enjoyed every bite - the meat was smoky and fresh. Nice lady server and reasonable prices. I would come back.

Excellent food! All the meats are smoked by the chef (Marvin) for 8-10 hours. The server (Christian) was really friendly and gave us a quick tour of the smoker. We got the meat sampler for lunch. All the meats were great but the ribs and turkey really stood out for texture and flavor. Also try the corn bread, French fries, and banana pudding. A delicious and filling meal. Highly recommended.

This is probably the worst BBQ I have spent money on. Everything was dry. I don’t love BBQ sauce on my meat but in this case the only way to make it taste edible was to pour a ton of BBQ sauce. The Cole slaw cost extra money and is made with Italian dressing. I am beyond disappointed. Apparently people in OC have not really had good meat because this is not flavorful and it’s way overcooked. The best part of my meal was the potato salad. I wished I saved my money.

This is such a nice place to eat and gather especially on a nice sunny day in in Costa mesa! You order your food at the counter and they bring it to you on a wood platter. And some of the best barbecue food I've had. We love this place!
