Food and drinks were amazing, so was the service. Carl our waiter/bartender was so knowledgeable about the drinks and food. The ambiance is romantic and relaxing especially outside. I like sprit foward drinks, I enjoyed the following cocktails: Miso-cilin, Ume Old Fashioned, and Bloosom Martini. Blossoms Rigatoni was also delicious. I can't wait to come back and try the other cocktails and food.

Came on a Friday night for drinks before dinner across the street at Vaca. The bartenders were super friendly and knowledgable. The owner was also walking around and checking on tables. He was super nice and gave us some of the House Made Chips for free! House Made Chips - Super crunchy and seasoned well! A nice appetizer. Thai Me Up - Really creamy and subtle Thai tea flavor. Brass Negroni - A little strong but good if you like negronis! Wagyu Crudo - Super fresh and tender. Seasoned really well and sauces pair perfectly with the beef! The bar area is pretty small only about 6-7 seats? Half of them are inside and half of them are outside on the patio. They also have some tables for larger groups. I wish there was some more indoor seating since it can get a little chilly on the patio but I love this place! The decorations in the bar are super pretty too! Its a nice mix of modern and old fashioned with the brass and cherry blossoms. Super cute spot for drinks/apps with the girly pops or a nice date night!

Came here on a lark since the line for Le Shrimp Noodle Bar was an hour deep on a Saturday afternoon, and I must admit I was pleasantly surprised. The entrees and drinks here are pricey, but I was very happy with every drink and entree we ordered, and they were well worth the price! This bar is an Italian-Japanese bar/restaurant tucked in behind Paradise Grill and Bruxie's, with a hidden kitchen behind the liquor wall. It has an over-the-top avante garde decor that works well combining pink flowers and pink pineapples floating above your head. As for the drinks and food: Lobster Roll - $19 - quite possibly the best lobster roll I've had. The flavor was strong, the bread was sweet and lightly toasted, and the flavored chips were freshly fried and decorated with "micros" flavoring that matched the roll well. Nothing was skimped here, yet the taste was well-balanced. Rigatoni Al Fungi - $18 - We slowly savored each noodle individually while sopping up as much of the sauce as possible, it was so good. The mushroom flavor was strong, but not cloying, and it was actually quite pleasant to sop the sauce with the butter roll from the lobster roll. Ume Old Fashioned - $18 - Well-balanced and light, the Ume plum drifted in as a light aftertaste after every sip. I could have had 10 of these without regrets. Thai Me Up - $18 - All of the tastes were light and gentle. Even the coffee taste was more of a light sprinkle of tiramisu taste than an in-your-face punch like other coffee-flavored drinks are. The black sesame makes for a sweet and satisfying crunch after you finish your drink. Miso-cilin - $18 - The star of the cocktails, we had to order it twice. This was my first time having kimchi powder, which is an absolutely marvelous alternative to the usual tajin that turns my mouth inside-out with its sourness. I enjoy gently swiping a bit of the kimchi powder into the straw before sipping, but my wife preferred the lick-and-sip method. The cocktail cools down the spice of the powder nicely, and is a fantastic compliment to the kimchi taste. I'm looking forward to visiting this place for afternoon cocktails and snacks in the future with friends. It's a welcome and classy addition to the Bloomingdales food court.

Will be returning to try other things on menu! This place is on the second level of Bloomingdale's and can be accessed coming from the 405 Freeway. Drinks are great! Sat in the bar and bartender was super friendly and helpful in getting us the right drinks. Small, clean and welcoming place. Had their watermelon tartare and was very tasty! Service was great, water glasses refilled and offered more drinks. Thank you for having multiple vegetarian/vegan options on the menu! Look forward to trying other drinks and food options! Do recommend!

Great location, drinks are good, food is PHENOMENAL. Wagyu Crudo is my particulat favorite. Out of 5 different drinks I have tried, the Geisha Manhattan stands out.

Food is excellent with interesting flavors and creative dishes. Combined with eclectic cocktails we really enjoyed the experience. It’s more of an upscale lounge / bar with outdoor patio than sit down restaurant.

I lucked out finding this spot while visiting from out of state. The place is beautifully designed and has this exquisite, artistic yet relaxed vibe. The menu is a work of art in itself, thoughtfully crafted.Cocktails: I tried a couple - 'A New Leaf' with mezcal and the 'Brass Negroni,' and they were both amazing.Food: The Lobster Roll was spot-on, and the Scallop Sashimi was a real winner - fresh and beautifully presented. The Bok & Beet Salad is an absolute flavor explosion - it's a testament to how creative and delicious salad combinations can be! A beautifully served purple dessert just added the perfect finishing touch. This place has the coziest, warmest outdoor seating area imaginable. As you enjoy your meal, you get to breathe in the fresh air - they use added heaters to ensure you stay comfortable even on chilly nights. If you're into Japanese-Italian fusion, you've gotta give this place a shot. This bar's atmosphere is a true gem, and I can't wait to return for a drink and more of their sophisticated treats if I find myself in Orange County again.
