AMAZING CRUNCHY FRIED CHICKEN! Falls off the bone deliciousness.. My coworker brought me here for lunch today. It was sooooooooo good. We ordered the spicy chicken Drumsticks and wings. They were spicy too but I couldn't stop eating it. 45 minutes later and I still feel the heat. No complaints here with the level of spiciness. The only reason I didn't give them a five is because service was slow. They only have one waitress for lunch rush. She must have walked by us 4 times and never looked in our direction. This will be a returning lunch spot. I'm looking forward to trying something else off their menu.

Love the fried chicken with the soy garlic sauce. I ordered the family meal and they were incredibly fast.

I went back to BonChon and they didn't disappoint. Then chicken was crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside

Came here for late dinner.Service is just okay. They start to clean up, swept and put the chair up and maybe when put the chair up do it a little slowly or less power ?. I know they very strong by the sound.I should try their fried chicken but i had a bad exprience with korean fried chicken, never want to try again (not in here).Bulgogi udon soup a little to salty for me but still eatable.Place is clean.

First time ordering in bonchon of his small bowl of soggy japchae with no taste and only 5 pcs tiny beef slices is not recommendable. $19 is over price for such a tiny bowl of noodles. Never again!!

Let's start with the positive: the chicken wings. They were simply outstanding. Nice and crispy on the inside and flavorful on the outside with the soy flavor. The seasoning and sauces they offer are spot-on and really elevate the taste. If you're a fan of delicious, crispy wings, this place won't disappoint. However, the experience wasn't without its drawbacks. First, the service was disappointingly slow. It took quite a while for our orders to arrive. It seemed like they were always understaffed in the kitchen.Another downside is the cost. The prices here are on the higher side for chicken wings, which is a bit of a letdown considering the portion sizes. You'll end up paying a premium for what you get, so be prepared to dig a little deeper into your wallet. Now, onto the fried rice. This was a bit hit and miss. When it was great, it was really great--flavorful and a perfect side to the chicken. However, on some occasions, it turned out overly oily and soggy, which was disappointing. It seems inconsistent, which is frustrating when you're looking for a reliable accompaniment to your meal.

A little disappointed because I like this place a lot but got the chicken katsu which is usually a go to but when I started to bite into my chicken I noticed it was really rubbery and hard to bite into and the crust tasted like it was over cooked and falling off the chicken kinda unfortunate cus I really like this place

My buddy and I pulled up in his truck, and we couldn't tell if it was open. Thank goodness it was because we were hungry!I have eaten here before and I was sure that my companion was going to love this chicken. He ordered the strips, half spicy and half garlic. I had the three legs with the fried pickles (delicious). The hard crispy crust with the sweet glaze just knocks me out every time, it is so delicious! These are one of a kind fried chicken legs and they may be the best I have ever had in 68 years of loving fried chicken. My friend was even more impressed than I expected. He orders some pickled radish and Kim chee on the side. The service was fab, the food was fab, the ambiance is unimpressive but comfortable. Gonna love the chicken!

On July 2 I ordered $77 worth of food online and my Venmo account was instantly charged. I noticed I didn't get an order confirmation as is customary. My daughter went in to pick up and there was no record of my order. She walked away without food. The next day I started a dispute via Venmo and heard nothing. It seems Venmo made an inquiry but Bonchons hasn't responded and its been over a month. The Bonchon order history says "send failure" whatever that means. So besides taking your money and not providing food, they stonewall the debit card company. Not a good look.I've been to a new Korean BBQ Chicken restaurant on Brookhurst and they're GOOD!

I was hyped to try Bon Chon, especially since all I heard was good things. I certainly didn't have that experience. I got the 10 piece Soy Garlic with Slaw and a side of Orange Rings. Wings were overcooked and dry, very disappointed..Then at that point I realized they did not give me my Slaw. The Menu prices on line did not reflect the price at the Register. $19.00 turned into $25 and change. Normally I would give them a second chance, but I think I'm cool ont this one. Too many mishaps and I just didn't feel the Love. Yallhollaatchaboy!

Gave this place a try for lunch the other day. I was craving really good chicken wings. I wasn't disappointed. I went with the Half & Half - half Korean BBQ & half Soy Garlic. Both flavors were good. I liked the Soy Garlic the most. A side of pickled radish came with it. Side note - I wasn't given a choice of a side, though (good thing I love pickled radish). I also ordered Japchae for the glass noodles & marinated rib eye ?My server provided great service. She even offered a refill Coke to-go and the ambiance was relaxing. Pablo, you're doing a great job with this restaurant. I'll be back!
