We ordered a huge order weeks before the event actually happened but when it came time for us to get our food, they never showed, didn’t answer the phone, we are going to have to cancel the order and we have to order some random food off of Postmates because we couldn’t get our turkey

My employer ordered catering for entire staff today. Protein was dry & bland. Veggies were mushy. Mac n cheese was watery. Best part of the meal was the dessert which I'm sure wasn't made at the physical location & that's the only reason it was edible. Don't eat here; go to the Vons in this shopping center & pick up a rotisserie chicken n sides. It'll taste 100 times better. Sad to see Boston Market circling the drain because the brand used to sell such a great meal.

Boston market what happened? Food luke warm, pot pie poorly seasoned, corn bread cold, sides poorly seasoned. You have a A’s with your chicken but one hero alone won’t cut it.Parking: Definitely needs more lightning inside & out restaurant

Hi, so I ordered food from an establishment called Rotisserie Roast today. I ordered without anyreservations bc the pics looked good and it was pretty cheap .However, when the order was completed, it was actually a ghost kitchen opetlrating out of Boston Market.While I don't harbor any resentment against B, had I known it was going to be of that caliber I would have chosen elsewhere. On Doordash, for $11 dollars, I can order a rotisseries chicken bowl with two sides: macaroni and cheese + mashed potatoes. I also opted for like a garlic side sauce. Well. It was terrible. The chicken was so slimy and gamey that I had to stop after a few bites. The mac and cheese was so salty + the noodles were extremely overcooked - what the heck. And the real deal breaker for me were the mashed potatoes because they were so terrible. Who messes up mashed potatoes. While the meal was very cheap by Doordash standards, this order was very terrible. Never again will I order from Rotisserie Roast. No thanks.

I can’t make any comment on food or service because it was closed when I got there a little after 830. It was posted on Google maps to be 9 o’clock and on the door to be 10 o’clock. Far as I know they may close even before 8 o’clock but that’s what I have submitted the closing time to be.

The food was great however the place is extremely dirty. The dining area has been overtaken by boxes of supplies. Disappointing this place use to be top notch.

Save your money! My family and I stopped at this location to grab some lunch. I understand they are under staffed like everywhere else right now, but the two employees that were working have no sense of urgency. I tried to order 4 different items on their menu that I was told was not available. The employee actually laughed every time he had to tell me that item wasn't available. After a long wait for our food, the employee placed our food on TWO DIRTY food trays. The whole stack of trays that were being used to serve food were clearly dirty. Most of our food was cold and disgusting. We ended up throwing most of it away. Trust me when I say this......avoid this location.

So for the good part: The staff was very nice. There were only 2 employees working and they were great. I haven't been there for a bit, because it seems to be closed whenever I drive by, but the food is still good. The bad: I had water dripping on me while I was ordering from the ceiling. There were a few spots in the ceiling that were dripping..this location definitely needs some work. The menu seems to have been upgraded, and is missing quite a few things. I stopped in one day last year for the prime rib, and they didn't have it..now it seems to be completely gone along with the turkey as an option. Pretty much just all chicken options, or the side sampler is available.

Haven't been to a Boston Market in a while. This store was mostly empty when I was there during normal lunch hours. Chicken is pretty good and juicy. Tastes healthy to me... I've always liked getting the sweet potato casserole since I was a kid. Still tastes yummy and sugary as usual. Prices seemed shockingly high even compared to other fast food price hikes, but we had a coupon for BOGO which makes it bearable. The soda machine is one of the coke freestyle machines with a screen, which I am not a fan of. This one had a bunch of drinks disabled and the machine was really slow. I think they need the Coke Mechanic to come in with some wrenches and OS updates.
Food was good and fresh and nothing was out. However, the Coke machine was out of a lot of soda brands and flavors. There was trash stacked up in the sitting area and the booth seats were beyond broke in. We swore we were going to fall threw. Staff lacked desire to keep the place up but kept the food in check. At least this Boston Market didn’t have a urine smell like a few others.

So I haven't been to Boston Market in decades. I went today because I was told they have pecan pie. I arrived, no pecan pie. The guy said they haven't had any for three months. That sucks. I order 2 combos a chicken and meatloaf. After 10 plus minutes the guy comes out and says they only have one slice of meatloaf. Dude. He gives me ribs to supplement. I get my food. It turns out that their meatloaf sucks. I dodged a bullet. But part of the ribs were dry and bland. After eating, I go back and buy a drink, the ice machine doesn't work. Really? ??♂️ Well, I'll see you in another 2 decades Boston Market. SMH

Never seen a place so beat up. The ceiling has growing mold. Leaks everywhere. They have their things stored up in the corner. I took a seat while i was waiting for my order and the seat lifted up and the spring was popping out. I don't know how this place is still running. The seat in front of the drink machine is sunken in. I would give this place zero stars if i could. This is the last time i will be coming here.

Its dinner time and you have no food made behind the glass. Pretty much what you have made is rolls and 1 veg. There's nothing, so I walked out vs waiting behind a group ordering which I can tell will take 45 minutes with barely any choices. Why don't you shut it down its losing money by the hour.
