Free parking but can be full on the weekend. The service is good. Two restrooms with hand washing area outside of the restroom. The food is good but Canadian beacon is a liitle chewy. Small outside seating area. Gluten free and vegetarian options. Not too noisy indoor. Walk ins only. Part of a chain.

I've been wanting to check out this place for breakfast for a while. Always a line when I drove by on the weekend. We went during the week shortly after they opened, no lines and less than 10 people dining. The vibe was cool and the food was great! I had the scramble with Portuguese sausage and it was seasoned well and very tasty! Will definitely go back to try something else!

First time here, the food is good, the service is fast, and staff is friendly. This place is good for breakfast, lunch, or late lunch. Indoor and outdoor seating area, good for small or big groups
I loved the chilaquiles, will come back to try the rest of the menu items. And anyone who knows to Alec Baldwin is, his doppelgänger works here

When they get to breakfast right, It's really good. My wife tried a basic bacon and egg breakfast there and she was disappointed that some of the bacon was a little bit under done. My ham and eggs were really good and the pancakes came across perfectly. The price is just fine, especially on the senior menu.

Food is really good! Prices are bit high.
Came here for brunch on. Sunday. No wait. Nice atmosphere. Both indoor and outdoor seating. Great menu selection. Unfortunately the steak in my steak n eggs order was very tough even at medium rare. Maybe I just got a bad one. Server was friendly and attentive. Above average over all.

I don’t recall my bartender/waitress’s name but she was wonderful, I was there Sunday morning at 9:30 am 10/19
I asked for hot sauce from another employee and they were sweet, love the vibe here! This is the spot in Costa Mesa! Come bye, you won’t be disappointed!

I once made a mistake of coming in and leaving without eating cuz I got an urgent call to be somewhere. I had no idea I would miss out on so much!
And so, I came back and oh man, what an amazing treat!
When they say you first eat with your eyes, it's so true! From the first site of my plate I was in love and got hungrier. Taking a bite of my veggie tostada, I was in love! The food was hot, fresh and deeeeeeelicious!
The server was super kind and he offered us a cupper to go when we where leaving.
If you come in full, hungry or with just a little bit to munch, you will leave fuller, happier and will plan your next visit, guaranteed!
They have outdoor, indoor, bar, low and high top sitting.
Perfect for all group sizes!

Good food. Omelets tend to be overcooked so you may want to request if you want them different.
