Buffalo Wild Wings

Terrible service. 70% of the tables were open and ready for service but the staff, who was really rude was not seating people right at kickoff on Sunday chose to make people wait 20-30 minutes before seating. They didn’t want to seat anyone and was very rude literally forcing people to wait outside. Up until then we were going to BWW every Sunday to watch our team play and yesterday they ruined it and ended our loyalty to this mediocre establishment. We found another place to spend money and enjoy football. Won’t be back. ✌🏼

Was ignored by the employee as I’m standing near the go order area. Finally had to get his attention grabs my food and then just throws it on the counter as I’m reaching for it. Just terrible rude service. Whatever, we’re hungry. We get home and the food is cold like it’s been sitting for a while. They forgot the ranch, carrots, and celery that we specifically added on the order. We should have just gotten McDonalds nuggets and made our own buffalo wings honestly.
Just a terrible experience overall. Should have read the reviews beforehand.
If you’re craving wings find somewhere local or just get something else. Save your money and save yourself the headache

Horrible customer service!They only gave half of our order to the Uber Eats driver.

When we called for help, we had to explain the whole situation to 3 different people and no one wanted to help.

The food that did arrive was cold, and covered in the sauce that we had clearly asked to be put on the side.

EAT SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!

I ordered 4 items on Uber Eats and they only delivered 2. I called the restaurant and they admitted to forgetting to hand the driver one of the bags. The food that did arrive was not prepared to my specification.

They refused to refund my order and the only solution offered was that I come to the restaurant myself and pickup the other half of my order, which had already been sitting there for 40 minutes and would undoubtably cold and stale.

update, I had issues with an online order but the staff there was very friendly and fixed it and gave me a free drink. Be carefull when living in costa mesa and trying to order at the santa ana location it doesnt default to newport like it did mine. A little bit of an extra drive but they took care of me

BEWARE this location has multiple health violations!!!! Entering the doors are filthy, inside it feels warm, stuffy, and musty, and the employees were nowhere in sight. They had ranch open on the counter spilt all over and not being refrigerated. I have never been so appalled. Management should be ashamed!

do not go to this location nor order food from there, it made my partner and i get bad diarrhea they also gave us these disgusting carrots, save yourself a disappointment and drive to santa ana location instead

Good sauces, but noisy.

Ordered online for delivery. Failed to provide Asian zing sauce woth tenders. Only solution they provided is for me to come pick up the sauce from the store or refund the cost of the sauce. Employee on the phone laughed at the situation. I am not left with tenders that I do not want. Not a good way to do business.

When we first got there it was not busy at all, but it took our waitress 10 minutes to come take our drink order, then when she brought us our drinks, one drink was missing, she also took our food order from our table, read it back to us to confirm everything was correct. it starts to get a couple more people in and then she comes back 15 minutes later and she still didn't have the drink. She tells us it's super busy tonight so the kitchen is a little backed up and I asked about the drink again and she said that they should have brought it out already. So we are waiting on food and a drink, the side of fries we ordered comes out first and slowly so does the rest of our food and finally the drink as well. Twice they tried to give me someone else's orders. They also messed up some of our food

Absolutely awful

The aalt and vinegar wings are the bomb. The steak fries are pretty tasty too.

It’s was a cold rainy day. I was on a quest to find the best wings. And luckily I found them. These wings were so dam good it had me levitating. I started doing backflips after the first bite. After the second bite my eyes rolled back like the undertaker. I couldn’t control my excitement . Will definitely be back 😎
