Boyfriend became dangerously ill after eating the hot wings at this location. Otherwise it's a great place.

Great experience and food at the Costa Mesa location. They also helped me afterwards as I left a notebook at the restaurant which was returned to me in a timely manner. Look forward to my next visit to the BWW in Costa Mesa.

Went to enjoy the game this past Sunday with my daughter and father in law. We sat down at a table that hadn't been bussed yet or cleaned. It took nearly 10 minutes for someone to come help us. We were "helped" by a younger Latino/Latina waiter who came by to see if we wanted some drinks. I just ask if we could get the table cleaned first. She immediately responded by saying "That'll have to wait a minute" and walked away without taking drinks or anything. Then they came back with a dry napkin and half wiped the table then tried to take our order while the table was clearly not cleaned. I asked for a wet towel and told her I can clean the table myself. She didn't say anything and walked away only to return with three napkins this time and to halfway attempt to clean the table. We ended up walking out and taking our business elsewhere that deserved it. All in all this associate needs to work on her attitude towards customers. That being said we had literally just walked in and didn't deserve to be treated like this.

Tried the burger but when I asked for med-rare, I was denied by the kitchen manager. So I got an over-cooked flavorless burger. Is this their business model?

Restaurant was clean and friendly with lots of entertainment options. Portions are on the small side. Prices align to a higher quality experience.

Best sports ? bar in Orange County the management and staff are awesome!!?

The worst B-dubs in SoCal. Slow, unresponsive service that didn’t see an immediacy to seat us at 12:00 AM when there’s hardly any customers in the place to begin with. Waited about 45 minutes for some guy to push two tables together then clean them off. Then waited about another 45 minutes for the food to come out AND AGAIN there’s hardly any customers in the place. The guy was quicker with giving us bill than anything. Gross bathrooms, terrible communication amongst staff, get it together gang…

Edit: Guy literally responded with an official message saying I should “fill out the survey to have it addressed with the team”. Why not be human and have the courage to respond with sympathy??

Ordered traditional wild wings with Garlic Parmesan and Nashville sauce. They tasted good. The waitress (bartender) was professional and nice. The interior design can be improved similar to other branches. Ordered draft bud light which was good.

They got my order wrong twice--one time after I went back to get it corrected. Paid $5 for a small handful of fries. Boneless wings (6) were okay but also waaaay overpriced at $11.49 and the dips were also small portioned. Wingstop beats Buffalo Wild Wings by a mile. Save your money and go anywhere but here.
