This is the worst BWW location and here is why, on 02/26/24, all BWW offer free wings from 2 to 5 PM. We drove and arrived at this location a few minutes after 4PM and were rudely kicked out of the restaurant like we were homeless beggars because they just wanted to end it early. Not a single word of apology offered for us seniors and handicapped. Will never go back to this location ever again, shame on them for treating customers like garbage!

FYI ... I got to the Buffalo Wild Wings on Newport/Harbor at 4:45pm. They refused to take my order for the free wings,, saying, "their store cut it off at 4:30pm". I showed the counter girls the advertised free wing article, and stated, there are no stipulations in the article. I asked to speak with the manager - a bottle dyed flame-haired woman in her 40's ... SHE explained to me they "had cut off at 4:50pm". I pointed to my phone and said, I got here a 4:45 and it's only 4:48pm. Shr still refused to take my order, claiming that "with all the back-up orders, it was going to take over an hour to clear their board, so therefore they weren't taking any additional orders. Now I know why this location's satisfaction rating is in the 3's!! False advertisement!!! ?☹️? -L

Went in with some buddys for wings and brews.Our server was super friendly, professional, and great to talk to. He was awesome.The wings were so-so. The brews were cold, which is great.The atmosphere was a bummer, though. Just too loud with the tvs and a game show playing. When we went in, around 830 pm, the place was pretty dead, just two other tables with people and a couple at the bar. But about half of the empty tables had dirty beer glasses and dirty dishes on them.

Would give this place a 0 stars but can't do that apparently. Some short rude blue haired girl approached us when we wanted to get seated, she told us to sit on the left side, when we asked about the bar side she said only the bar counter and just took off. Didn't let us think about it she just left us standing there. No one else approached us and she looked at us but never came back. She had no customers or anything else to do, so we left. No point in spending my money where it's not wanted

A great place to watch sports with plenty of TV's and great wings. The Asian Zing was sweet and tangy with a little kick and you can't go wrong with the honey barbecue. First time here and will definitely be back

Unfortunately came here to the location on Newport blvd and harbor in Costa Mesa. The customer service wasn’t the best. Waited a longer than usual time with my son. He even noticed at 6 that these people took their sweet time to get our food.

The service is laid-back, but that's fine for a sports bar. B-Dubs has all the games playing and will accommodate if there is a specific game you want to watch nearby your seating.I went in Nov 11, and my son ordered the wrong spicy wings, and although he managed to take in 3-4 of the 6 pc, the waiter gave us a new 6 pc at no charge!! We weren't expecting that, and I said we would purchase another since he ate so much of the first batch. Such a great laid-back experience!! We'll be going again soon...
