I had an introductory coupon through The app. None of the people working there knew how to do it. The manager tried for about 15 minutes and could not do it. I spent another 10 to 15 minutes looking for it myself and did not find it. Big waste of my time

Staff aren't very friendly but aren't rude either. Food is pretty standard.
My hamburger was dry. I didn't eat it. I tossed it in the trash. I would of ask for a new one. But I was in a hurry. Just surprised how dry the burger was. Unhappy 🙁

Absolutely worst experience at a Carl’s Jr. that I have ever been to in the 40 years. I have been coming to Carl’s Jr. I am a local and I will never ever come back here to order Carl’s Jr. from this location again they took forever. They did not care their attitude was very flippant. Emma was too interested in flirting with the guy behind the counter with her instead of serving the customer.
