It’s 6:45 on a weeknight. They do not close until 10pm. How are you out of dressing, topping, and drinks? Also the customer service is terrible. They rush you and are short with you. They don’t listen when you ask for something. I asked for light pickled onions and he plops a whole serving on, and when I say that’s too much he rolls his eyes and takes some off. This is a reoccurring experience too. I haven't been here since last summer, and thought surely it can’t be as bad as i remember. Well turns out it’s worse. Management needs to teach their employees customer service etiquette. The food is fine, but you should be better prepared for the dinner rush. Not worth it.

The employees were so rude and seemed like they really didn’t want to be there. One of them was even a manager and he was even ruder than the employee. Barely put a scoop of anything and was really rude when he was talking to the customers. I work at a place like that so I know how exhausting customers can get, but I try to be nice and make small talks with him. He was just extremely rude about that too.

Food is always fresh and tasty. Half the dressings ran out by 8:30pm, and they didn’t even want to make a new batch. Nice modern interior design - just the tables were a little dirty toward the end of the day. I eat at CAVA often, and it’s usually 5 stars across the board. They must have had a busy day and ran out.

It’s my third time eating at Cava and second time in this location. The service here and quality of food is amazing and I thought it was worthy of a great review. Thanks to Jorge and the previous staff that helped me. Great customer service and overall experience. If you haven’t tried this, stop waiting.
