Not sure why the reviews complain about service so much. Maybe you should just pick a drink and not get endless customizations. =)

Service was prompt. It gets crowded so the wait is understandable. Got the Sri Lanka Ceylon Latte and Da Hong Pao. Drinks were nice just enough tea/creaminess, and not overly sweet at 100%.

Visited this Cha Redefine at South Coast Plaza and it did not disappoint. Cha Redefine is in the food hall inside Bloomingdales (by their home section). My sister ordered the blueberry oat milk matcha latte and I ordered the fresh orange green tea; and we both thoroughly enjoyed our drinks.

Be prepared to wait some time for your drinks as they are not fully staffed compared to their other locations in Rowland Heights and Pasadena...it will be all worth it when...

First thing I saw was a massive line on a weekday afternoon and I told myself, ok this must be good for this to be so long on a weekday!!!! Line moved fairly quickly, but I didn't have anything to do so I didn't mind waiting. But if you're in a rush, you'll wait a little bit but trust me it's worth the wait. The menu is very unique and different and the first thing that caught my attention, or maybe second thing since the line got my immediate attention,...
