To have waited over 20 minutes in the drive thru is not respecting peoples time.
While on drive thru one of your managers steps out , I stop her and ask her why aren’t we moving and she basically ignored me and told me she is on break ! Then gets in her car which is parked right in front of the restaurant, these spots are for customers not employees and does nothing. Gray car and heavy set employee. Rude.
