I had a great experience at Chick-fil-A! The food was fresh and tasty—my chicken sandwich was crispy and flavorful, and the waffle fries were perfectly cooked. The service was excellent—staff were polite, welcoming, and very efficient. I also appreciate how clean and well-maintained the restaurant was. It’s always a reliable place for a quick and satisfying meal. I’ll definitely be coming back soon!

I’m a big fan of Chick-fil-A but unfortunately my experience here today was disappointing. I saw my order waiting on the counter for over 5 minutes. When I inquired about my order at the counter the lady politely gave it to me and said they still needed to make the Ice coffee. I asked about my food being cold from sitting there and she said it was just prepared. She bought my ice coffee to me but it was made with chocolate syrup in the bottom, not the typical ingredients. I then took it back up to the counter and she politely made me a new ice coffee. Unfortunately, by now my meal was even less warm.

I've never had a bad experience at this Chick-fil-A! The service is always friendly, and the food comes out piping hot. Plus, the wait time at the drive thru is never more than 10 minutes.

This is probably the 2nd time I actually sit down and eat inside the restaurant instead of takeout the food was delicious but they got my order wrong than had me wait all over again for it and it just felt awkward alot of standing around from employees who can't bother to ask if you need help it was disappointing the chik-fil-a on Bristol and MacArthur has better service.
