Ordered a bowl and a salad for dinner. Both were missing ingredients. My wife’s had no rice, no veggies, a few pieces of chicken and very little lettuce. Mine had multiple missing ingredients as well. Not what we expect from chipotle.

I suggest you update the opening hours because the facade says open daily from 10:30 am when in reality it is not. I have come many times at the time it was supposed to be open and it is not. Here is my complaint that the opening hours are misleading.

My favorite part about this restaurant is the way that they so confidently and carelessly give me food poisoning and make me sick 💖 It was really fun for me and I couldn't eat anything for two and a half days

They are missing prices on their menu. Asked a simple question to 2 employees and could not get an answer. Tried several ways to ask a price and they keep evading. Why? Provide better customer service.

Upon entering the establishment, I was immediately struck by its cleanliness and organization. The absence of a line made for a swift and efficient ordering process. While the speed of service at a fast-food restaurant is generally appreciated, the interaction with the manager left a negative impression.
The manager's demeanor came across as rushed and unprofessional. While I understand the need for efficiency, it should not come at the expense of courtesy. A customer's money entitles them to respectful treatment, not a sense of being an inconvenience. This experience was disappointing, as it tarnished what would have otherwise been a seamless visit.
I hope that management will address this issue, emphasizing the importance of professionalism to their staff. A simple, polite interaction goes a long way, and while smiling isn't a requirement, a basic level of respectful engagement should be a fundamental expectation for all employees.

This Chipotle Location had just opened when I walked in about 10 forty something AM. I first went to the restroom, and it wasn't that impressive for a place that opens at 10:30 am. It was like if they didn't clean it the night before.
That's something that each establishment should do before opening for business in the morning.
