Parking: Park just a little further away to avoid the lunch time parking crowd. It's a few more feet, but worth the short walk.

Feels like the food has gotten spicier. I used to go all the time and the food was well seasoned but not spicy. Now I order basic items like rice and beans and chicken and it’s pretty spicy. This last time I went and they barely gave me any meat so I asked for more and they charged me for double protein.they charged $5.60 for double protein. That’s half the cost of the bowl.

WOW!! I am so glad to see the reviews have come in so quickly from everyone else. The absolute trash quality of this place is obvious not just by the reviews but if you go to any other location consistently the difference is clear. My guess is the lazy employees at this location cut corners by avoiding preparing fresh ingredients and serving them to the online orders who won’t see the food they are being served until they sit down to eat. Second, they give THE SMALLEST PORTIONS (representative of other things perhaps?) to again do less work. Don’t worry Team you’ll have plenty of time to kick back and relax when you’re unemployed ❤️ And if you’re upset that customers don’t pay you EXTRA by tipping, you are already being paid. If you have a problem with your paycheck, talk to the corporation you work for, they have deeper pockets, I promise. Or get another job 🌈 Anyways! I won’t be back don’t worry 🫶🏼

A truly nightmare experience at this Chipotle location. The manager apparently thought I was not going to tip on an online / pickup order, and decided to retaliate by sabotaging my order. "Sabotaging" is putting it nicely, the burrito that I received was unbelievably gross; I have no idea what inedible trash it was filled with. Here below is an excerpt from my complaint to Chipotle corporate last week; I'm just warning people about this place—look at the other recent reviews/complaints. This is a big problem now, but for years this place has been great. So sad getting victimized for no reason: Dear Chipotle Corporate, this unfortunate event was by far the worst experience I've ever had at any drive through, anywhere. I'm interested in what actions Chipotle is implementing to ensure this kind of thing never happens again. There is no way that I'll ever return to that store location even though it's a block from my home. I believe the manager tried to mess with me, to make me sick. Furthermore, I think it is a serious mistake for Chipotle to include a tip chart regarding online orders- which employees can see ahead of making the actual order. No other drive-throughs do this. Because clearly, your employees are capable of retaliating if they do not see a tip amount; by providing an inferior product, or perhaps tampering with the order in any number of disgusting ways. The pathetic irony here is that I ALWAYS tip; I tip in cash when I pick up my orders because it's more personal. You need to see your security cameras from this exact transaction date and time. You should be able to see whatever sabotage the manager did to my meal, and you will also see me tipping him in cash upon picking up my meal (unaware of the damage he had caused me). There is no way that my burrito was not tampered with. I just can't believe the store thought they could get away with this.

I think what is most perturbing is everything is charged extra however they’ll scoop the protein and then dump half out!! Same thing with the guacamole. Was out to get a salad bowl today and when some of the spinach fell out the guy attempted to grab it up off the counter and put it back into my bowl! Gross !

Anyway it is a chain and many already know. I stopped by on the way to the LA airport. Good place to grab some quick bites. I ordered a burrito with chicken with a lot more other things. It was not crowded and quick. Realized take away was not understood and I had to say to go. :-) The taste was nice and juicy. They can think of adding some sugar free (without substitutes) drinks. I don't take lemonade or soft drinks as they are overloaded with sugar. There is no other option. They have beer on the menu but it seems that it is served for some occasions or something like that. In fact a beer is a better option health wise than any other drink they have on the menu. Whatever we gain with the food will be lost with drinks. :-)
