I came in today at noon and the first thing I see is the trash bins overflowing, the hand sanitizer is empty and there is food on the floors and none of the tables are clean, this location has failed many times to maintain their area clean and it’s disgusting. When I go to order my food there’s one person working the whole thing from serving my food to ringing me up causing a line to form behind me while the rest of the staff did nothing. It’s unfair to everyone including the staff that everyone has to wait becuase no one is doing their part. This is the only location I have been to besides 17th street that is always understaffed. Not to mention the staff is not welcoming at all and I understand after working in the food industry for so long that you will get unfriendly customers but that does not mean that should effect your customer service for the rest of your customers. Unfortunately after this experience I will no longer be coming back due to all these issues i’ve had in the last previous visits.

Very rude staff my order was late and cashier with glasses who wasn’t doing anything did not bother to ask me if i was picking up food since they don’t put it on the shelf’s like they are supposed too not to mention they are skimping out on proteins !! Better your customer service and portions chipotle !!!

This Chipotle really rushes orders, especially around 10–10:20 p.m. before closing. They barely put anything in the bowls, mess up the bill, and the staff is super unfriendly. I love Chipotle and go often, but this location really needs improvement

Absolutely disappointed to say the least!! About 2 weeks ago I came in and there was no chicken or steak and it was no where near closing hours !! This location has been very consistent on not having enough employees making service extremely slow. There was no ice in the fountain dispenser and not to mention the protein portions are the smallest, Overpriced for what it is, will not be returning.
