They were talking about us in Spanish in a rude way. The chips were stale two times in a row. When we asked for fresh chips they lied and said they made them that morning.

I’ve only been to this location 2 times now but both times the experience has been great. The last time i went I messed up and didn’t order a second drink like I thought i had, but the woman at the window was very nice and gave it to me anyways.

The team here is charging to add salsa which I haven’t see at a Chipotle before. On top of that the place is dirty. They should be cleaning properly. Makes me wonder if the food is made with such lack of care as well since everything looked like it had been sitting out for too long.

What can I say about the Hershey factory aka chipotle. It is the subway of Mexican food without the health and nutrition.
Terrible attitude and portions. The drive through/mobile ordering is clearly a priority….because that generates more revenue. In store customers come 2nd.
