The grandkids had a blast while the adults were able to visit. Very safe environment.

The birthday boy had a very good time with his friends regardless of turning 14 years old. Big kids having fun!

The manager, Samantha, needs improvement in her customer service skills. I purchased a salad bar plate and kindly asked if I could have some croutons. Her response was, “You need to wait,” even though she was not assisting another customer at the time. She was wearing a headset to communicate with staff, and when I spoke with another manager to address her attitude, Samantha was visibly smirking and appeared to be making comments through her headset. She also had personal AirPods in her other ear while on the clock. Her behavior was rude and unprofessional, and I believe upper management should be made aware of this incident.

Best for little kids

We have a gold pass and visit twice a month. The food is always hot and fresh and employees are very nice and helpful. We were happy this time that our larger group was allowed to sit at a vacant party table, as we are sometimes not allowed to which we understand if there are parties there of course. There is definitely a seating issue at this location. We visited with 4 adults 1 older child and require a high chair and a booster as well. So 7 total. . None of the tables in the restaurant comfortably accommodate us. We like that other locations have more flexibility with moveable tables. Overall we love this location and will be back in a couple weeks.

Food is not consistent, staff and timing for things not consistent, and games are always broken and they dont fix them consistently and leave broken games to look playable and full. We keep going back cause my kids don't notice, but i do. Haha.

The staff we kind and understanding. The place was clean. The trampoline area was awesome! My son loved it. Lol.
Pizza was fresh and was really good. My son (3 yo) loved the smaller kid games and we really got a good value for the number of tokens we got. We have more for another trip. Will definitely be visiting this location again.

The kids had fun and the staff was great. The facility itself is disgusting. It smelled like urine the minute we opened the door. Very dirty place. I will not be back.

My kid lives this place. Never crowded when I go.
