very clean, definitely smaller than Huntington's location but easier to navigate. The obstacle course is a must-do for sure! Very friendly staff!

AC hasn’t been working last 2 times we have come. Super hot in the store.

A lot of the games don't work. It's also very warm in here.

Great games, fun times, good food. Celebrating my son's birthday 🎂 6 years old

I don't know who's responsible for cleaning because the kid zone smells like old stinky socks and you can see pieces of gum stuck on the walls there was even an old bandaid in there not to mention the numerous tables covered with half eaten food and the staff is just so so slow your waiting for several minutes in line with rowdy kids wanting to go and play that's not a fun time overwhelming from the get go

Worst experience ever! We came to celebrate my daughter's preschool graduation and regret even going there. As soon as you walk in there is a horrible smell of urine, even the helicopter game smelled disgusting. We were told to buy the passes for our kids and they will be able to use the trampoline area too. Why would my kids be screamed at to leave the trampoline area then? We were not even given the right passes yet we paid almost $200. The workers that work there don't even want to help you, they see you waiting to be helped and don't even greet you. I do not recommend this place at all, there are others that are managed properly and have better quality food.

Great place where adults too can be kids:) we celebrated 🥳 🎉 my granddaughter's birthday 🎂 and it awesome. Kids danced, sang along with the mouse, and of course, everyone played and enjoyed the games. Foood was actually great, especially the wings really tender and the pizza tasty 😋. Thanks, Chuck E. Cheese, we'll find another B-Day to go again.

Nice, clean place. But waiting too long for any service. The new trampoline jump zone is supposed to be an extra charge, but no one is checking to actually see who goes in.... So what's the point of me paying for my kids when anyone else just runs in and starts playing in there without paying the extra fee. On more than one occasion once the jump area gets filled with older kids wayyyy above the height limit was that the only time an employee came by to get them out... At the other chuck E cheese I took the kids they had an employee just dedicated to opening and closing the door for the kids with the wrist bands. Wouldn't really come back here. Almost wanted to ask for a refund...

Recently hosted my sons 4th birthday party at the Costa Mesa Chuck E. Cheese location and let me tell you…. Emilio, the manager was exceptional! Everything turned out super nice, the kids had a blast, he was accommodating to all our needs. Super helpful and patient. On top of everything! It was a perfect evening, we were happy with how everything turned out.

Had to wait for clean salad bar plates for over 5 minutes. No employees around so used our dirty plates and their prices have gotten out of control. We spent $200 on 8 people. I have always loved this place and have had over 15 birthday parties there over the past years but won't have any more there, prices are crazy high and paid $15 just for 1 child to jump in the bounce house, just crazy

I will never go back again. They've been going downhill for a long time but our last visit was the worst I paid $17 for a 16 oz soda and cheesy bread sticks. It was actually just half a pizza crust sprinkled with parm cheese and was hard and dry. My 8 year old was bored with the game selection before even using the full hour o. Her card and the trampoline play area and maze was closed. Never again!
