The manager is always in a bad mood at this place taking it also with the worker's.
came to this location after enjoying it in another location two days ago. However, this was the worst experience for me. First, the girl didn’t understand what I was saying but its not a big deal, I understand. But then, she wanted to charge me for Love It even though she put me Like it. The Like it was definitely under portioned as well. Finished it in five spoons. She also charged me for $1.49 because I asked for extra raspberry topping. I did ask for it but the topping was not near the extra. They wouldn’t even listen to what I was saying, they looked annoyed. Overall, very disappointed.

Something about the ice cream here is not right. I've come back more than once just in case it was a one-off, and no its a trend. Chocolate ice cream here tastes funky and not like real ice cream.
I go to the Coldstone in Newport Beach now and the Chocolate ice cream there tastes like actual ice cream.

The employees were rude and did not greet upon entering . The employee refused to warm up my cookie dough as requested (mind you there was no one else in the store) Unsatisfied with the customer service at this location it seemed like the employee didn’t want to take the extra step to Throw the cookie dough in the microwave for a few seconds . I thought you can customize your sundae the way you want lol and I’ve never had a problem with getting my cookie dough warmed with icecream at cold stone.

Arrived more than 15 minutes before posted closing time and as soon as I walked in the door was told it was closed. Employees just standing there talking. Guess it's just store policy to close early. I wouldn't recommend going anywhere near closing time.
It is too expensive and they serve a small spoonful and it is not very

Cold Stone Creamery in Costa Mesa was a last-minute sweet treat choice at the end of an evening of shopping. I forgot how decadent and refreshing their ice cream is along with so many of my favorite toppings and a special waffle dish or cone. You can't help but be happy when you receive your specially hand crafted cool dessert.

Overpriced ice cream that doesn't even compete with the flavor of Ben and Jerry's. The mix-in fruit wasn't fresh. Brownies tasted stale. None of it was even mixed in very well. Overall very disappointed. I'll take any of the wonderful gelato shops in OC over this awful chain.
First time coming here! I got a cup of vegan vanilla ice cream with some nuts and graham cracker crumbs. Twas really good!! :)I’ll definitely be back for it!Come vegan lover in sweets ?Cheers ?
I've heard tell of this "best icecream out there" for years. I finally tried it with my daughter and grandson. We all thought it was the WORST Icecream out there.....all 3 flavors (vanilla, strawberry and raspberry sorbet) had strong after flavor of chemicals.
Entered the establishment and saw a rat tap dancing in the corner with a hat and wouldn’t let people leave unless tipped
