The employee refused to warm up my cookie dough as requested (mind you there was no one else in the store) Unsatisfied with the customer service at this location it seemed like the employee didn’t want to take the extra step to Throw the cookie dough in the microwave for a few seconds . I thought you can customize your sundae the way you want lol and I’ve never had a problem with getting my cookie dough warmed with icecream at cold stone.

Cold Stone Creamery in Costa Mesa was a last-minute sweet treat choice at the end of an evening of shopping. I forgot how decadent and refreshing their ice cream is along with so many of my favorite toppings and a special waffle dish or cone. You can't help but be happy when you receive your specially hand crafted cool dessert.

Ordered a Cookie Minster, and the lady who was making the ice cream was on her phone the whole time while trying to tell her my order.. she forgets to put the hot fudge (because she was distracted with her phone) she was nice but felt she didn't care even when I was trying to pay she was on her phone the whole time

I was looking forward to ice cream while I was out and about this week but to be honest, it wasn't worth it in my eyes. I ordered a kids size that came with any topping. The ice cream was decent but I truly could have bought a similar flavor at the store for cheaper. The topping was stale --I chose the Kit Kat and I couldn't finish eating them because it was so hard. It tasted like it had been left out. The service was okay, no complaints and this ice cream store is around a multitude of shops if you're looking for something quick but I wouldn't have high expectations.

This place doesn't even deserve 1 star. The girl literally dumped toppings on the ice cream and put in the cup. I then realized my love it cup was literally the portion of a like it or less. I mentioned to her that the portion didn't seem right and she literally rolled her eyes and stomped away to add a scoop of ice cream. (The employee was a young blonde hair girl with VERY long blue nails)

Bad food bad service. The 2 girls working here on 8/21/23 @ 5:35 pm look to be out of it. I don't know if there is proper work attire here but I highly believe that a short muscle shirt showing of belly button piercing sweats rolled down with no bra on is not professional. Then get mad when they got the order wrong and we had to correct them. I seen that your average stars are like 2 stars if you ask me that's one too many. Cold stone have some respect for yourselves and customers. And to the workers I know we're entitled to have bad days but what happened to treating customers good. We didn't make you put in that job application. You ladies chose to deal with customers.

Overpriced ice cream that doesn't even compete with the flavor of Ben and Jerry's. The mix-in fruit wasn't fresh. Brownies tasted stale. None of it was even mixed in very well. Overall very disappointed. I'll take any of the wonderful gelato shops in OC over this awful chain.

I've heard tell of this "best icecream out there" for years. I finally tried it with my daughter and grandson. We all thought it was the WORST Icecream out there.....all 3 flavors (vanilla, strawberry and raspberry sorbet) had strong after flavor of chemicals.

I love cold stone but I find it horribly unfair that management would only staff 2 workers on a Friday night when the line is out the door. God bless these 2 workers for constantly smiling and working swiftly even though this massive line. They need a raise or at the very least some recognition for their hard work, a BONUS! I'm absolutely astonished how hard they are working to accommodate poor staffing issues... My ice cream is incredible, as always. I just feel guilty even partaking in the chaos.
