Looks like Creamistry has removed my previous review. They could have just contacted me to let me know or apologize for inconvenience. You are selling premium ice cream experience and service, not BR. My experience goes 2 days in a row in the afternoon, the store was closed. There is no misinformation as store and yelp stated store was open noon to 11pm.

Not a bad place for ice cream. In fact, this place is awesome! The staff are friendly and the ice cream is so smooth and delicious! Quantum coffee is definitely my favorite!

The location itself is convenient, even though the parking seems to be lacking. We had the captain's breakfast which was delicious. It had strawberries, bananas, whipped cream, and captain crunch infused nitrogen ice cream. The ice cream was good, however the service was lacking. When we entered the shop, there were two workers who were talking among themselves and did not acknowledge or greet us until a few minutes later.

Yum. This ice cream spot is so good! The flavors and topping are amazing. You can get dairy free also. My friend didn't like the one she got. My husband went and told them and they nicely made her another one. The line here is long but worth the wait. There is seating inside and seating outside. Great place to meet up with friends and grab some dessert.

Absolutely repulsive customer service. I dont know how they train their employees there but this girl was flat out rude. No customer service skills at all and involved other customers. I dont know how she was even hired there.

MERVE SHOULD BE FIRED 1. Charged me for a large quantum coffee, but only gave me a regular 2. He wouldn't give me his name when I called to report the problem, so I had to go all the way back to the store to get it 3. Gave me a false name when I arrived, saying it was "Yusuf," but the attached receipt shows his name is actually "Merve." 4. I showed Merve/Yusuf the receipt suggesting an apparent fraud, at which point he laughed, refused to refund my money and THREATENED TO CALL THE POLICE 5. Merve/Yusuf refused to acknowledge his apparent lies and even said "you can trust me," but he wouldn't give me his last name, nor would the high school aged girl working with him (though she did take the time to smile like an idiot and taunt me, proving she is complicit in Merve's conduct) 5. I called the police department and will be returning with an officer tomorrow to demand a refund of the money Yusuf (or Merve, or whatever his name is) stole and is refusing to return to me TLDR: IMHO, it appears that Yusuf/Merve and whoever else was working tonight are running a scheme where they overcharge the customer to unjustly enrich this depraved business--disgusting!!!

Never coming here again! Been coming since they opened, the store us gone thru so much turnover with managers and workers it's insane! Tonight I ordered 2 ice creams along with a brownie ice cream sandwich. When I was given the brownie I saw on the edges shiny pieces which looked like wire, I asked the female "do you see that" and she proceeded to tell me "what are you talking about, there's nothing it's ice cream" I left the store and went to my car asked my husband who proceeded to pick out the wire, I didn't get pictures because I didn't have my phone on me. I went back into the store and the male worker told me "oh don't worry I will make you a new ice cream, large size just don't tell corporate" this was at 7:30 Pm tonight.. BEWARE!

I come here for Dates with my niece She loves this place we come here all the time, service is always amazing here. Our favorite flavor is cookies and cream
First off as I entered the store, there was the overwhelming stench of bleach. Really made it hard to breathe in there. This is my first time at a Creamistry and came in because I had a Groupon. Girl at the counter was very nice and explained how the ordering process worked. I got the Quantum Coffee. When it was time to use the Groupon, she said she didn't have a scanner to redeem it. I was like ok. What do we do? She honored the Groupon and just gave me the discount. As for the ice cream. I'm not sure what makes this so special that it's worth $7. I feel like Cauldron down the street is better and cheaper. Will I come back? Well I have 3 more Groupons to use before Aug 8th. I'm debating if it's worth coming back. I would say definitely chill on the bleach.

Came into Creamistry without being greeted and glared at like I was insane. I stood at the counter for 6 mins without getting any help. The girl who ended up taking our order was very rude and attitudey. Then while the line was backed up, one of the workers was just casually chatting on the phone. He touched his phone with the same gloves that he used while making the ice cream. That wasn't even the worst part. He served me a white milk tasting ice cream when I get clearly ordered MATCHA FLAVORED that is supposed to be green. I'm very dissatisfied and disappointed considering I spent $9 on a ice cream and what a huge fan I am of Creamistry.

Good treats although I'd recommend the people working there smile once in a while, I promise it won't hurt. The treats were plentiful and very tasty, the place was modern and clean. I just wish they had a little more pizzas.

I need to stop going to this location, despite its convenience in location. The three times I've been here, I've had to wait for someone to come out from the back to help me. I think because it's always dead inside, their machines aren't always on or something, because I also always have to wait for them to turn something on and start up. And my ice cream is never as cold as it should be. I had asked the cashier today to freeze it extra today since I'm taking it to-go. When I got to the office 10 minutes later, my ice cream was a soft serve that was rapidly turning into a shake if I didn't hurry to eat/slurp it up. I've never been to a Creamistry where service and product was consistently bad. Third time's the kicker, and now I know to go to any other nitrogen ice cream place other than this one.
